Chapter 53: A Losing War.
(Caitlin’s POV)
As I sat in my command tent, I realized that the end of this war was very much near by now. The problem… is that it will truly end in a loss for our kingdom.
But what am I to do? My father had betrayed us, taking our entire army to the enemy, and giving up being the king. In the wake of that, I was left to fend for my kingdom.
Most of the soldiers were conscripts, all of which had no real training or fight experience. Father seemingly expected this outcome, unfortunately…
Knight: “My Queen… the rebel kingdom’s army will soon be upon us.” She informed with a grim tone.
Caitlin: “I know…” I replied with a groan.
This war hadn’t even gone on that long. It has only been about a month; I think? Either way, almost all of my troops have been killed so far. Though, as cruel as it was, I sacrificed the conscripts, rather than send out the still remaining loyal knights of mine.
Perhaps this was the wrong move? Ah, such thoughts are probably pointless now… Soon, the Acera army will reach this camp, and I will most likely be executed.

Celia: “You seem like you’re about to lose this war… Do you want my help?” She asked with a smile.
Caitlin: “…”
Instantly, I was frozen in place. This woman had entered my tent without any of the fifty people here noticing at all. There were also two of them…
Even a fool could see that these two weren’t… human, or even a higher race. Instead, they were absolutely Higher Beings, and very powerful ones at that. Their presence was so overwhelming, all within this tent had the need to bow to them in respect…
Faith: “Answer now, before I get bored and convince Celia to not help you.” She said with a yawn.
Caitlin: “Miss Celia… would you kindly help out my kingdom and I?” I plead with a nervous tone.
Celia: “Sure! Absolute destruction, or do you wish for prisoners, and or survivors?” She asked her scary question, all with a faint smile on her beautiful face.
Caitlin: “…Destruction, please.” I answered.
Snap!
Snapping her fingers, I was greatly terrified. The two women left our tent, and we soon exited it as well. They came and went like the wind, and… our enemies were no more. What became of Acera?…
Months Later.
Knight: “My Queen, the kingdom of Acera had been completely wiped off the map. The citizens survived, but the royals, and seemingly the evil nobles, were all killed.” She said with a scared tone.
Caitlin: “…”
Just as I feared… My little request had assured the deaths of countless people. Months ago, we checked the battlefield, all to see that it was completely empty.
That Celia woman… she did more than just kill our enemies. Though she made no mention of it, our land, which was once barren and infertile, was now fertile as can be. In fact, that is one of the reasons why my father had betrayed us. If those two ever show up again… I need to make sure to not anger them in the least!!!…
