Maxwell was left thinking for a few moments about how his new docks would affect the future going forward. He knew he needed to continue building, but he also had to consider the potential danger of the new smog warships his necrotic docks would continue to create. As they were a boon in the fact he would have a steady supply of what would be essential patrol warships for his kingdom.
Which should hopefully allow more firepower to be brought quicker against any future invasion. The problem is that, well, he could see the ships made through sad necrotic smog, being more than happy being on endless payroll duty. He doubted those warships made with angry necrotic smog would be. As it would be in their nature to attack, if there was nothing to attack, they would find something that they could.
Which meant they would eventually try and leave the borders of his kingdom to attack and destroy any of his neighbors just to satisfy their inherent wrathful nature. This could be a rather big problem, Maxwell thought to himself. But luckily he knew he had time, as his necrotic docks had just been made. So it would be a while yet before the docks had made enough warships that he needed to worry about a fleet of ramming-class stingers, the only ships made through necrotic rage smog going on a rampage outside of his domain.
So knowing the problem was in the future, he shook himself mentally and put his mind back on the task of finishing the work that was waiting for him. Since he had finished the first construction project and brought honor to the haunted grass warship, it was time to move onto the next project. The next two he had to use for inspiration were the three-headed skull grass serpent and the living insectoid armor.
Maxwell looked at the two creations with his magical necrotic sight for a long time, trying to think of what would best represent the two and help build out the outer layer of his necropolis. He thought on it a long while and eventually came to decide that the next project would be best on a three-headed skull grass serpent. He really had given that one a long name, hadn't he? Maxwell thought to himself for a moment.
Then the moment passed, and it was time to get to work now that he had a plan and a model to go off. First he had to wait, as he had depleted his pile of gathered resources from the earlier project, and so he had to wait a moment as his undead insect built up his supplies once more. Eventually, through the tireless action of the undead insects, he had enough materials. So he began to move his hands made from necrotic smog and gather his materials as he built the first part of the new structure.
The three-headed skull grass serpent has three objects of power, just as the other two did; the main difference, though, is in the fact that all three objects were the same thing. The stone skulls that make up its heads. The only thing that makes the skulls different from each other is the power each one was given. So going by this and having a necrotic dock acting as an entrance at his north and south into his new necropolis. The building he has decided to create is a wall with its base being three towers.
So Maxwell slowly gathered up as many pebbles and rocks as possible within his necrotic smog hands. He then slowly began combining them into stone pillars. This wasn't easy, as he needed six, and good rocks were a bit hard to come by for him. But eventually Maxwell managed to create his six stone pillars with all the rock and pebbles he had.
Maxwell, with the six stone pillars in hand, began putting three each on the west and east sides of the new outer district of his necropolis. He then took a moment and built up his sad necrotic smog and his rage necrotic smog. Once he had enough, he focused on both in each hand and then carved a pillar on each side. First using necrotic rage smog to carve out towers of necrotic rage on each side, then he did the same with sad necrotic smog.

So once it was all said and done, he had two towers of necrotic rage and necrotic sadness on the west and east sides of his new necropolis. So with the smog towers done, he now needed to carve out the last two with something else. So Maxwell slowly built up ghostly lead tornadoes in his mouth, and once he had two of the right size circling each other in his skull, he released them.
The two ghostly tornadoes quickly went to their targets and slowly carved the two pillars, getting weaker and weaker as the two pillars took shape. Soon enough the two ghost leaf tornadoes were gone, and in their place stood two towers filled with the power of the ghost wind. Maxwell took a moment to gaze at his new towers, checking all six out to be sure they had all turned out correct.
The towers filled with necrotic rage smog were unsurprisingly rather angry-looking towers. It had multiple serpent faces carved throughout. Each one having a maw filled with razor-sharp teeth shown in an angry, hungry gaze. Necrotic anger smog leaked out between the teeth of the different angry faces. So giving both towers of necrotic rage smog a final look and concluding everything was fine, he moved into the next pair of towers.
Next he checked out the sad necrotic smog towers, which, like the angry necrotic smog towers, were covered in serpent faces. Though unlike the others, their faces were not angry but weeping, and from their pebble eyes leaked blackish-green tears that burnt the ground where they landed. Maxwell gave the sad necrotic towers a look over, but just like before, everything looked right. So he moved on to checking the last set of towers.
The last set were different from the others before, as they were not covered in faces of any sort and instead were hollow. At the base of the ghost wind towers was a small drawbridge. Which was held in place more by the ghost winds inside the tower than by any sort of mechanism. Maxwell took a few moments longer than he had with the other towers. Not out of concern but out of curiosity, as he was wondering how exactly the ghost winds were holding the door.
Though eventually he moved on to the next part and gathered twigs and grass. Once he had enough, he made stock frames and put them between each tower. He then covered them in dead grass, weaving the grass into and around the frames. So it was with the making of the walls between the different towers and the outer walls of the outer district that the project came to a close. So it was no surprise that once the last bit of wall was finished and the stone serpent towers were all connected, his serpent wall was complete.
So now his necropolis could only be entered into through his two entrances, which were his necrotic docks. As if in celebration, a new scroll appeared before Maxwell to confirm he had finished and to show what all his new walls were capable of. Which he was very interested in reading about
Maxwell took a few moments to go over the details of the power of the God snake wall. First he checked to see if there was anything that could cause future problems. He saw none for the moment. Though the scroll didn't say if the necrotic rage serpents created would disappear. The ghost wind snake tower may also have a problem, as it seemed to be able to build more and more power with each successful repelling of invaders.
Though as Maxwell thought more and more on it, there was a potential for problems, but none at the moment. So he was good for the moment, though there was another surprise. As before with the new ghost grass market, the new walls had special conditions he hadn't intended. Such as being affected by the stone snake towers and becoming something else at a later point. Though as with the problems the building project has given him, there were no problems for the moment.
So Maxwell has his new serpent wall, and it seems to have all the ability he needs from it for its job. So now two out of three were done, and it was time to begin work on the third and final construction project, and with it he would be done building the outer district of his new necropolis.
