Chapter 14: Saving a Jokester

  Chapter Fourteen: Save Another Idiot

On the road to the iron mine in the nameless forest

"Keep your voice down, or you'll be discovered by those evil cannibals and centaurs." Medel reminded a giant who had just snapped a branch. Then he turned to look at Chen Le, who was also expressionless.

"Uncle, how far are we from them?" Madel asked, picking up a handful of dirt from the ground.

"I'll take a look at the position, you wait below." Abigail said this and then climbed up a tree.

"How is it, Uncle?" Madel asked anxiously.

"Shut up, I'm watching." Abigail replied irritably.

Abigail was tracking centaurs and ghouls when she saw a human running into the forest.

"Abigail shouted: 'Your Majesty, I saw a human! It seems like something is chasing after him!'"

"Medel! Save him! This human must have escaped from the man-eating demons!" Chen Le also discovered this human and thought of his own kind, feeling obligated to save him.

"Right!" Meddler charged out with 10 frenzied giant demon hunters.

The forest is the kingdom of the ogre, and the reliability of this sentence is like the sun rising from the east.

Maddie was a giant among the trees, darting nimbly from one trunk to the next before coming to rest on a sturdy branch near the forest's edge.

"Halt!" Medel raised his right hand and stared at the empty space in front of him.

"Exploding Fireball!" A disheveled male human mage appeared in his field of vision.

"Come on, save me!" The man shouted loudly.

"Wooo, eat, food, stop!" Two gigantic creatures, nearly three meters tall, appeared on that empty land.

"I don't want to die!" The human law master screamed.

"Kill!" Medel shouted and threw out the long spear in his hand.

The long spear pierced through the air, and two man-eating demons also discovered the anomaly in the forest.

"Whoosh!" The long spear pierced through the skin of a man-eating demon, and its power didn't decrease in the slightest as it shot straight towards the heart.

"Clang!" Another cannibal monster discovered its companion's plight in time and hastily used its wolf-toothed club to break off the long spear's offensive from top to bottom.

"Eight levels... strong ones... stay and die... escape." The man-eating demon hastily took its companions and escaped.

"Head, shall we pursue?" a furious ogre asked.

"No need, just bring that human law practitioner over first, I believe King Wang will definitely be interested." Medel said, looking at the human law practitioner lying on the ground.

"Come on, let's go see our prey," said Meddle, and he jumped off the tree he was standing on.

At this time, the human Fa Shi lying on the ground suddenly felt that his faith in God had been realized. He hastily drew a diamond-shaped pattern on his chest and knelt towards the sun, saying: "Thank you, Sun God, for saving your loyal believer."

"Hey, would you mind stopping your prayer?" Just as the human mage was celebrating his narrow escape, Mader's voice filled the human mage's ears.

"No, Sun God, tell me this isn't true." The human mage's smile froze instantly, then he slowly turned his head to look at Medel.

"Forest giant!" The human mage suddenly felt that this world and himself had a grudge, having just escaped the tiger's mouth only to enter the wolf's den.

"You're now my captive, come with me." Medel said triumphantly. Then he had a raging ogre tie the human wizard up with some tough leaves.

"Right, you just stay still for a moment, if you move I might not be able to control my urge to kill you." Madeleine said with a smile.

But this smile was more terrifying to the human mage than the devil's roar. Dignity and life, which one is lighter and which one is heavier, this human mage had already fully understood in the man-eating demon.

He nodded frantically like a chick pecking at grain.

"Alright, let's go." said Madeleine with a smile.

After that, Maidel put the human law enforcer on his shoulder and jumped towards the main force with a branch.

  I am yd's dividing line

The heavens are dark and the earth is dim, this is the human mage's feelings about this journey.

"Am I going to die? Well, at least it's better than being eaten by those cannibals. Hopefully my death won't be too painful." The human mage comforted himself.

"Hey, wake up! Hey! Don't pretend to be dead." A hand slapped the human mage's face, and then the owner of that hand said.

"Good heavens, this damned horde of trolls! Am I to just sit here and watch myself die?" The human mage slowly opened his eyes, then a blast of intense light followed immediately after.

"This should be the last time I see the light." The human mage thought to himself, and then his entire life flashed before him like a lantern.

"Maidel, you didn't happen to bump this guy's head when you came over, did you?"

"This voice is not as rough as an Orc's!" The human mage reacted suddenly.

"Your Honor, I stake my reputation on it - I didn't hit him!" Medill exclaimed hastily.

"So, explain to me what's going on with this guy. He looks like a complete idiot. Don't tell me he was like that when the ghouls were chasing him earlier, I saw him cast a spell myself!" The voice that sounded suspiciously human was like the voice of the sun god's messenger in the human wizard's ears.

"Water... give me water..." The human mage said weakly.

"This guy is finally normal, you few, that one brought water?" Chen Le asked Madele and his group of beastmen.

Madel then took out his own canteen and handed it to Chen Le.

Chen Le poured water from a kettle into the mouth of the human law master.

"Cough...cough..." The human lawyer coughed a few times, and then recovered a bit of physical strength. He could finally see the things in front of him clearly again.

What entered his eyes was a black-haired and black-eyed human being. His eyes suddenly opened wide like an egg.

Chen Le was taken aback, this guy looked like he had seen a ghost when he saw himself.

"Are you... a person from the Heavenly Empire?!" The human law master said intermittently, and then he coughed even more severely.

"Ding Fei, give this guy a healing wave!" As soon as the words fell, a healing wave rushed towards that human mage.

"Damn it, I'm going to die!" This was what the human mage thought in his heart, but this beam of light didn't care about lives.

The human law enforcer watched as the light waves rushed into his body, and then the wounds on his body actually recovered at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"Damn it, this should be comparable to a priest's 8th-level divine magic, Heavenly Mercy!" The human mage was shocked.

"Hurry up and wash this guy, he's filthy like a pig." Chen Le said, pinching his nose.

Then this human law enforcement officer once again enjoyed a speed like the wind.

I am the younger brother of YD's separator line.

The human lawyer was still shabby, but obviously much cleaner.

He has golden hair and is about 1.7 meters tall. The only thing that makes Chen Le uncomfortable is that his face is too delicate, he suspects that if this guy were to enter the modern entertainment industry, he would definitely be surrounded by a large group of female fans.

The human lawyer had apparently recovered a lot of physical strength, his eyes were filled with doubt, he didn't dare to believe that he could actually meet someone from the Tianchao Empire here.

"Hey, kid, what's your name?" Chen Le asked with a cold smile.

"Eh, respected elder, my name is Xie Yi. Kumaaku (Wah wah wah, you're the one who killed my father Yanuo)." Xie Yi said respectfully. (How could he not be respectful? If he wasn't, he might not even know how he died.)

"Oh, thank you. Koma K is it." Chen Le felt that the name sounded a bit familiar, but he didn't bother to think about it too much.

"Are you escaping from the cannibal's side?" Chen Le said, bringing his face close to Xie Yi's.

"Yes, sir......" Xie Yi suddenly felt a bit numb. Is this stuff glass?

"Then tell me about your situation." Chen Le withdrew his face and said to Xie Yi with his back turned.

"If it were my tribe that just ran out, I should know." The human mage finally let out a sigh of relief, at least he confirmed this human wasn't Glass.
