Shoko''''s dillemma was resolved. Sakuta and Mai could finally experience a normal life, hopefully with not another incident of adolescence syndrome meddling with their lives. It seems that Sakuta has little else to do afterwards other than looking after Kaede, and making sure that she finally goes back to school.
