Chapter Thirteen: Continental Situation

  "Dis! How are you here, I was just about to go find you!" Francis exclaimed as he saw Dis sitting cross-legged in the courtyard with Saber having just stepped out. "Dis! Introduce yourself! And so is Lila!" Francis said standing between the two, hoping this introduction would ease the somewhat unpleasant encounter at first.

Other kingdoms and principalities are numerous, but except for a few powerful ones, most are just military buffers for the four great empires. Once war breaks out between empires, these smaller states immediately perish.

  Pointing at Saber's map "This is the Chaotic Principality, formed after the collapse of the Occitan Empire. I don't know why the four great empires never intended to occupy this place.
