Oh, for the month of
indecision.
Of crossroads,
five-ways and
roundabouts;
Where one route seems as
good as the other,
Where one path does not sing
louder than the rest.
What shall I do? The voice says,
What choice shall I make that
will reverberate for months
to come?
Does this happen to others?

Is it unique to me?
To go up into the Mountains:
Or journey beside the Sea?
It happens to all, The Voice replies,
The Ladies, The Cooks,
Captains and Queens;
What matters is that the Choice
must be made;
After a space perhaps.
After a night’s sleep;
But don’t leave it forever,
Or it will become a weight
around your neck.
So close your eyes,
Take a breath,
Reopen your eyes and
take the First Step.
That's all,
That's necessary on
the Journey to Decision.
