Hornet's ship lightly rocks as she sits in a chair in a debriefing room, she's looking down. She brings a hand up to her mouth and lets out a breath of air. People start to enter the room.
'This mission relies on me now.' Hornet says in thought. 'I... I didn't think she'd... she'd go down. Alicorn's a fighter, she's fought through so much, and now she's dead.' She leans back and looks up to the ceiling. 'God, what am I going to tell Yorktown.'
A officer goes to the front of the room and a Tv turns on behind him, showing pyback of the Arsenal Bird fight. "Hornet, everyone, listen up. The operation was a success, the Separatists defense forces have been neutralized and the Arsenal Bird is down. However, those two new drones buzzing around have royally screwed up our pns. Taking down our main ace, has put us in a hard pce. The Azur Lane and Iron Blood coalition's air forces are in a sorry state thanks to them.
We might not even have any viable aircraft left. According to the Scrap Queen, the drones are trying to use the space elevator's transmission capabilities... to send their data to all High Ranking sirens across the continent. They're trying to strengthen their numbers. What's worse, their data contains a depth of war experience. Newer Sirens will be more tactically advanced. If that's the case, this war will never end.
We need to take down both drones down no matter what it takes. We'll do it so we have homes to go back too. To avenge those who have fallen. Well, the Scrap Queen's on our side. She says she can make any aircraft fly. This is our final mission. Hornet, let's go! We've got a goddamn battle to end!"
Hornet nods with determination.

Hornet's Aircraft Carrier stays still as water crashes onto the side of it. Hornet enters a Grumman F6F "Hellcat" as the hanger elevator lifts it up to the deck.
Suddenly the Scrap Queen's voice comes over the radio. <
"Loud and Clear." Hornet replies.

Hornet starts up her pne and drives it onto the runway.

Hornet lies up for take off.

Hornet takes a deep breath as she does a couple pre-flight checks on the aircraft. "Never flown one of these." She mutters.
Lanza then speaks over the radio. <
Then Fencer speaks. <>
Hornet then takes off and flies towards the Space Elevator in the distance.

Hornet grips the joystick and takes a breath. "I got this."

The sun rises as Hornet, Count, Jaeger, Húxiān and a many Iron Blood and Azur Lane pnes follow Hornet into the Space Elevators airspace.

An Ironblood pilot says.

Hornet takes a couple deep breaths to steel her nerves. 'A lot of pressure, I'm not as good at Sister Enterprise or Big Sis Yorktown, nor even Alicorn. But I will try my very best!'
The Two drones are seen flying around the space Elevator. The drones swiftly turn towards the group and fly towards them.

Hornet's missile warning goes off and she swiftly does a barrel roll as a couple missiles fly past her. Everyone breaks off and goes after the two drones.
One of the drones fires a purple ser of it's nose.

Hornet gets behind a drone and she goes to fire, but it does a back-flip and fires two missiles at her.
"Crap!" Hornet yells as she pulls up and the missiles barley miss her.

The drone gets behind Hornet and she grunts as its ser hits her wing. She decreases her speed and the drones zips past her and flies after another target just past her.
Hornet looks to her left and sees some oil spewing from her left wing, but after a few seconds it stops, and she lets out a sigh of relief.
An allied pne flies past Hornet and a drone soon after. Hornet lets out a grunt as she speeds up and flies after the drone.
"Here we go!" Hornet cheers as she fires her guns, striking the drone multiple times, causing to to veer off and disappear within the clouds above.
A drone flies out of the clouds above Hornet and fires two missiles. "Oh crap!" Hornet dives down as the missiles chase her. "I love a good chase!"
She pulls up just before hitting the water, one of the missiles flies into the water while the other pulls up in time. Hornet grunts as she pulls a tight G-Turn up as the missile flies just below her, but suddenly explodes.
Hornet yelps as her pne roughly shakes.

Hornet looks at her console and looks at all the gauges. She sees her fuel a little lower than it should be. "All good, might be leaking some fuel though."
A pne flies beside her. <
"Thanks Jaeger."

Hornet reenters combat.

A drone fires its nose ser at an Ironblood fighter, but a few rounds sm into it and it swiftly breaks off. Hornet follows after her target.
Hornet huffs in annoyance at the UAV keeps moving out of her crosshairs. Then it swiftly rolls to the left and gets away from Hornet.

Bullets fly all around Hornet as she tries to get behind a drone. Suddenly a loud screech from the drones pys over the radio and Hornet puts a hand up to her head and grunts in pain.
<
Hornet shakes her head and pushes her throttle to the max and chases after a drones, while firing her guns at it.
"Bastards!" Hornet yells as she fires her machine guns onto a drone, and they sm into it. The drones makes a few noises as smoke starts to pour out of it, Hornet holds her head in pain.
<
Suddenly multiple small objects unch off one of the UAVs and start to fly around it.
<
Hornet fires her machine guns at a UAV, but is forces to pull away as the small objects fire sers at her, They're weapon UAVs.
<

Hornet pulls up and rolls as a drone flies past her, firing missiles and Lasers at her. Her lets out a grunt and coughs a little as she hits hard Gs.
<
'Their leader must've been a monster.' Hornet says in thought as she avoids multiple sers. 'He gave Enterprise a very hard time and she nearly lost her fight with him.'

Hornet chuckles. "That makes it more fun." She dives down onto a drones and fires onto it, but it erratically moves away and she misses her shots.
The drones releases a long screech and Hornet yells in pain and grabs her head with one hand, trying to steer the aircraft.
Several more allied aircraft are shot down. Hornet's missile wariing

Hornet grunts as she pulls up on her stick with one hand and spins her aircraft. The missile flies past and the pain in her head dies down.
Hornet dives bone down towards a drone and fires down onto it, but a small drone gets in the way and takes the rounds for the drone, destroying itself in the process.

Hornet chases down a drone near the base of the Space Elevator. She flies around the support beams and loses sight of her target. Her missile warning goes off and she swiftly flies around the Space Elevator as the missiles sm into the support beams.
She dumps her speed and a drone spins past her and she chases after it.
<
Hornet grumbles to herself and she fires onto the UAV, but none of her rounds hit their mark as it does a few evasive maneuvers.
<
"We're dropping like flies." Hornet says in worry. "We needed someone like Alicorn and her jets to take these on."
<
Hornet sighs in sadness. "You're right." Suddenly her radar starts to glitch and a static hum fills the air.
<
A drone swoops in behind Hornet.
"Shit!" Hornet yells as her missile warning goes off.

Deep within the ocean is pitch bck darkness. A few fshes go off on the surface, lighting the darkness. Alicorn's destroyed mig-29k rests next to the downed Arsenal Bird.
Everything goes dark again as the light dies down. Then several more fshes go off on the surface, lighting up Alicorn as her body sways in the cockpit she's stuck in. Blood pours out of her wounds and into the surrounding water.
Everything goes dark again, but a few seconds ter a bright fsh goes off again, lighting Alicorn up and we zoom in.
Alicorn's siren yellow eye open and she blinks a few times. Alicorn looks around in confusion as she stands up and notices fire on top of the ocean surface around her.
"Where am I?" Alicorn questions as she looks around, only to gasp as she spots a familiar sigh.
In the distance is a figure holding up a Humanoid siren by the throat as a rge submarine floats next to her.
The figure looks over and siren yellow eyes meet siren yellow eyes.
"We meet again." The figure says as a snap is heard from the siren's neck and she drops its body. "You've grown so much, but have hardly gotten stronger."
"I remember you." Alicorn mutters as she gets fshbacks to her time in the bs.
The figure smiles and walks towards Alicorn. "You should, it would be a shame to not."
"Who even are you?" Alicorn says in caution.
The figure stops a few meters away from Alicorn. "I am you and you are me."
"I don't very much care for riddles." Alicorn frowns.
"It's a simple one." The figures gain a slightly sadistic smile. "I am what you could be, if you use some of your Siren technology."
Alicorn takes a step back and gets defensive. "You should know that answer then, I would never give into my Siren side."
The Figure scoffs. "Then you'll die. Give in, or your Aunt Hornet will die, do you know how sad Yorktown will be them?"
Alicorn growls in anger. "Keep her name out of your mouth."
"She's fighting your battle up above the freezing waters you're dying in. Do you really want her to fight your battle. She will die."
Alicorn looks away, guilt washing through her.
The figure takes a couple steps towards Alicorn. "That's what you wanted right, no more death of your friends and family? If you're so against using your Siren technology-" She suddenly appears in front of Alicorn. "Let me show you something that you can at least use to your benefit now." She holds her hand out.
Alicorn turns back and looks at the figure's hand. "If this is a trick-"
"No tricks, just a simple Ace up your sleeve." The figure smiles. "Take my hand girl."
Alicorn slowly moves her hand out, but hesitates a few seconds before garging the girl's hand.
Back in the dark ocean depths, Alicorn's jet shines yellow as the Arsenal bird starts to shine yellow as well.

A drone swoops in behind Hornet.
"Shit!" Hornet yells as her missile warning goes off.
Bang!
The drone flips back as a projectile flies past it at high speeds.

<> Alicorn's voice suddenly comes over the radio. <>
"Alicorn?" Hornet smiles.

Hornet looks towards the rising sun and sees something flying towards them. Hornet narrows her eyes and sees X-O2S Srike Wyvern "What is that pne?"

Observer Alpha watches on with a slight frown. "This is unprecedented. This hasn't happened in any other time line, so why now. Wait, there was one, this is producing simir results to it now. This is concern for arm."
Observer Alpha then holds up the bck cube. "No matter, give me more data my dear Mee-Gosan."

Alicorn flies into the Area and everyone starts to cheer.

Alicorn smiles to herself, sporting a new small scar that goes through her left eye brow. "My status? I'm fine, you could say I'm a little excited."

Alicorn goes full throttle as the drones fly towards her. "Wilco!"

Alicorn fires her railgun again and the two drones separate as the projectile flies between the two. She then flues after a drone and firing off several missiles.
One of the missiles strice it's target and the drone starts to smoke.

Alicorn's missile warning goes off and she dumps her speed and flips back as she fires her machine guns, blowing up the missiles flying towards her and hitting the drone behind her in the process.
One of the drones let out a screeching sound and Alicorn huffs in annoyance. "Nice try." She pushes the throttle to the max and flies past a drone, not before firing her missiles onto it.
The missiles it their target and it starts to spin out of control down towards the ocean.

Alicorn pulls a Cobra maneuver as the st UAV fires its ser onto her.

Alicorn turns her pne around, and looks for the drone, but she can't find it.

> His radio goes static.
Alicorn sses a fsh to the side and sees Sol 2's jet blowing up mid-air.

Alicorn chases after the final drone as smoke spews from it. She fires off several missiles, but its eradicate moves dodge them. Suddenly the drone does a back-flip and fires off several missiles onto Alicorn.
Alicorn fires off her machine gun as she flips her pne, shooting down a couple missiles as the st one flies past her.
"Come on." Alicorn stays on the drones ass. A few allied pnes fire onto the drone as it flies past them.
Alicorn grunts as the drone flies towards the sun, the light blinding Alicorn. Suddenly her missile war goes off and she dives down as a couple missiles fly past her.
Alicorn flies back up and the drone heads straight towards her, firing its ser. The ser grazes her jet as she fires her a couple missiles and her railgun.
Alicorn's missiles hit, but her railgun misses.

Alicorn turns her pne around and chases after the drone. Alicorn stays on the drones ass as it erratically moves around.
Alicorn lets out a breath. "Come on, come on." Alicorn fires off her railgun and the projectile sms into the drone, sending it crashing down towards the ocean.

everyone starts to form up on Alicorn.

As the drones falls towards the ocean, something ejects from it and flies back towards the group.
"What the hell?" Alicorn questions as the drone screeches.

Alicorn chases after the Drone and she fires off several missles, but the drone flips around and shoots them down with it's machine guns.
Alicorn grunts as several bullets hit her pne and she fires her missiles onto the drone. The drone barrel rolls to the side just in time and the missiles fly past it.
"Hmmm." Alicorn humms.

The drone flies straight up and Alicorn flies after it and fires off several missiles. The drone does a few maneuvers and they fly past it.
The drone dives down onto Alicorn and fires off a couple missiles. Alicorn pulls her pne back and flies upside down as one of the missiles fly past her, and the second blows up as she fires off her own missile at it as she flips back around.

Alicorn fires off a missile, but the Drone pulls a hard turn to the side and the missile misses. Alicorn swiftly flies after it and fires her railgun onto it, but it dives straight down and the round misses.
Several Allied aircraft give chase as Alicorn flies back after it.
Alicorn fires off a couple more missiles, but they miss as the drone rolls out of the way.

The drone flies straight toward Alicorn as it fires its machine guns at her.
"Bang." Alicorn fires her railgun and the Projectile flies through the UAV, blowing it up.

<> Hornet sighs in relief.
Everyone forms back up onto Alicorn.

Suddenly a drone screech is heard over the radio and Hornet is heard grunting in pain.
<

"She's right.>> Long Caster says. <>
The UAV flies past Alicorn and straight towards the harbor. It the flies down into an underground tunnel, that leads straight to the Space Elevator.
<
Alicorn flies into the Harbor, Count not far behind.
<

Alicorn flies into the harbor then turns towards the tunnel. Count following after Alicorn.

Alicorn and Count fly through the tight tunnel.

They come to several diverging pathways, but keep straight. Alicorn spots the drone ahead.

They come to several more pathways, the drone goes down the middle. The drone sreeches and a gate closes on the middle pathway, forcing Alicorn and Count to go down the right tunnel.
<> Count informs. <
"Most likely." Alicorn responds.
Count sighs. "Well, there foes our only way out. I thought we were gonna pulls this off after making it through that maze.>>
They come to the end of the tunnel and find more paths.
<
Another screech is heard an all three gates start closing. The left one closes immediately while the middle closes the slowest, which our two aces chose.
<
They two exit a tunnel and enter another path, when suddenly the UAV appears behind the two and fires onto them.
<
Alicorn barrel rolls and avoids getting hit, but Count isn't so lucky.
Alicorn keeps moving down the tunnel, but Count starts to g behind, smoke poring out from behind him.
<
Alicorn sees the end of the tunnel, where the the space tower is.
<
Alicorn enters the room, with Count a little ways behind, the gate shuts behind the two. The drone flies around the around.
<
The drone turns away from Alicorn, but she gets right behind it. Alicorn fires off her railgun and blows up the drone.
<
Alicorn the flies around the room and blows up all the Repeaters.

Alicorn goes to the center of the room and flies up the windbreak. Parts of her pne fall apart as she flies up the windbreak, revealing her Mig-29k.
<> Count says. <
Alicorn avoids construction equipment as she flies up. "Be careful, Count."
<
Alicorn nears the top of the space elevator.
<
Alicorn exits the Space Elevator, but keeps flying up.
<

Everyone cheers.
<

Alicorn keeps flying straight up.
<
Suddenly Count's voice comes over the radio. "I wish you all could've seen that.
Húxiān sighs in relief. <

Azur Lane and Ironblood forces fly around the Space Elevator.
<

Alicorns keeps flying high up into the sky.
<
Alicorn reaches her max altitude and she puts a hand on her canopy. Looking up to the sky. "Dark Blue." She responds.
Alicorn then flips her jet back and flies down. Everyone gathers in formation, with Alicorn at the spear point of it.
"To Skies Unknown. The path to mankind's vast future remains standing, for now... Mother."

Observer Alpha is holding a bck cube and it's glowing brightly. "Oh, the data... It's so rich. This is enough to kick start Project Orochi. Sorry dear Alicorn, but your usefulness has come to an end."
