  Alicorn is walking down the hallways of the dorms.

  'The Patrol was somewhat successful, the girls learned how to kinda fight, and we learned more about the Arsenal Bird. But Sicilia was chewed out by the Admiral Ernest King. Then she was chewed out by more superiors of the Military, and because news of that Patrol got out, the notes of my birth and experiments were revealed.

  Let's just say there have been protests in D.C. and London. People were very unhappy about the Unethical way I was made and handled, some are even wanting me to be "Decommissioned". So I've been "Grounded" as some of the younger ships call it.

  It's been two weeks since then, my ship's been repaired and everything, but I'm not allowed to leave port or even touch the water. So Enterprise has been sent on patrols without me. So for most of the time I've been just holed up in my room, reading and listening to music.

  Team Destroyers have been heavily scolded and got a mountain of homework that they had to finish in a week. Well, I'm just gd that nothing too bad happened to them.' A small smile forms on Alicorn's face.

  "Alicorn!" Four young voices yell out in front of Alicorn, her smile disappears.

  Alicorn looks up to see Team Destroyers running towards her. Alicorn also notices the small scar above Belchan's left eye.

  The four girls run up to the slightly taller and older girl.

  "Yes, girls?" Alicorn asks.

  Kalk fps her arms. "We finished our homework early."

  "And we we're wondering if you wanted to come to town with us~" Hobby says.

  "Town?" Alicorn raises an eyebrow. "I didn't know there was a town."

  "It's on the other side of the isnd." Echo states. "It's mainly just the families of the soldiers on base, but there are still many other citizens there."

  "There are even shops and restaurants!" Belchan says with excitement.

  "We use our allowances to buy candy and toys!" Kalk fps her arms. "Come with us!" Kalk grabs Alicorn's hand and starts to lead her to the exit, with the other three girls following.

  "You girls get allowances?" Alicorn asks.

  "Yes." Belchan nods then raises an eyebrow. "Do you not, Miss Alicorn?"

  Alicorn shakes her head. "No. I usually just asked for what I wanted and got it. So I never had any use for money."

  "Well don't worry Alicorn, Hobby and friends will pay for you today~" Hobby smiles.

  "Oh, that's not necessary. I do not require anything."

  "Please let us do this?" Kalk says. "We want to do this as a thank you for protecting us."

  Alicorn sighs. "Okay. But how will we get there?"

  Echo speaks up. "There's a bus that'll pick everyone that wants to go to town up, it's a short 30 minute drive."

  The five girls leave the dorms and head to the entrance of the military port. They see a bus arrive just as they get there and a few other soldiers and ship girls get on. The five girls get on and sit in the front.

  Kalk, Hobby and Echo sit on one side while Belchan and Alicorn sit on the other side. The bus drives off and Alicorn looks out the window in curiosity. Trees move by and leave flow in the wind.

  Echo is tapping away at some sort of tablet as Kalk and Hobby lean against each other as they are napping.

  Alicorn looks up to the blue sky, her Siren Yellow eyes remain unblinking as she looks up. She suddenly feels something on her side and she looks down, to see Belchan asleep and leaning onto her shoulder.

  A warm feeling spreads through Alicorn's chest and a small smile forms on her face. Then she looks back out the window, the smile remaining on her face.

  After a while the bus stops and Belchan wakes up and moves off Alicorn's shoulder. An emotionless frown returns to Alicorn's face. The five girls get off the bus and look out to the rge town alive and busy with many people.

  "That's... a lot of people." Alicorn observes. "I don't know if this was a good idea." She mutters.

  "Is the big strong Alicorn afraid of a few humans?" Echo asks with a smug smile and Alicorn gives her a small gre. Making the younger girl gulp.

  "No, I'm not." Alicorn walks off and the four younger ships follow her.

  As the five girls reach the town, the four younger ships get in front of Alicorn and start leading the way.

  "There are so many good stalls and little restaurants and Cafés to eat here!" Kalk fps her arms.

  "Hobby loves them all!" Hobby states.

  "We aren't here to eat at the cafés and restaurants today." Echo states.

  Belchan gnces back at Alicorn. "We try to come here once a month, but with how busy we've been these st few; we haven't been able to."

  Kalk lowers her arms in sadness. "We used to come here a lot with our other friends from Iron Blood and Sakura Empire, but with the war Iron Blood can't come over and Sakura Empire ftout refuses to visit."

  "I miss Z23." Echo says in sadness.

  "Why do our nations have to fight?" Hobby questions.

  "Yet, what is a nation?" Alicorn asks. "Can we actually see the physical lines that divide one from another?"

  All four girls look back to Alicorn with confusion on their faces.

  "Miss Alicorn?" Belchan questions.

  Alicorn doesn't speak and keeps her emotionless frown on as the five continue to walk.

  The five girls go through the town a visit many different pces, though some humans are scared of Alicorn at first, because of her Siren Yellow eyes.

  Alicorn just ignores them and focus on the four younger girls with her.

  The girls continue to shop and they come across a jewelry shop and they enter it. They all look at the expensive jewelry. Alicorn's eyes scan through the cases and she comes across a brooch with a navy blue jewel. It also has eagle wings with the head and cws, the jewel is in the middle.

  'Reminds me of Moth- Yorktown's eyes.' Alicorn says in thought.

  "Something catch your eye, miss?" A work walkers over.

  Alicorn gnces at the worker then back down to the brooch. "Just looking is all." She walks away.

  Belchan was off to the side and observed the conversation, she then looks into her little wallet and checks on how much money she has left.

  A few minutes ter the five girls leave the store and continue to walk through the city. Belchan tugs on Alicorn's military coat and the taller girl looks down at her. "Yes, Belchan?"

  "Here." Belchan holds out a small paper bag. "I noticed you looking at it and I thought this would be a nice thank you gift."

  Alicorn hesitantly grabs the brown bag and looks inside. She then pulls out the brooch she was looking at earlier. "Belchan, this was quite expensive."

  Belchan just smiles. "It's fine Miss Alicorn, you saved our lives and many of our friends lives, this is the least I can do. So please take it."

  Alicorn puts the brooch on the side of her colr, from her yellow rose on her coat. "It's very nice, thank you Belchan." She gains a small smile

  Belchan's smile glows brighter. "Anything for a friend."

  Alicorn's smile turns into a frown and she turns away. Belchan tilts her head in confusion, but chooses to then ignore what Alicorn did.

  The girls then spend the rest of the day sight seeing and doing things within the city.

  As the sun sets in the distance the five head back towards the bus station.

  Echo tapping away at her tablet, Kalk and Hobby are holding hands. Belchan sips some tea she bought, but Alicorn is just simply walking with her eyes closed.

  "Today was so much fun~" Hobby smiles.

  Kalk fps her free arm. "Today was the best!"

  "Uh-huh." Echo is distracted by whatever she's doing on her tablet.

  "Today was splendid." Belchan agrees. "Miss Alicorn?"

  "...I enjoyed my day." Alicorn responds after a few seconds.

  Belchan smiles to herself. "That's good."

  They arrive at the bus stations just as the bus gets there and they get in the same seats as before. Belchan at some of the small items she was able to get. Alicorn looks down at the brooch on her left colr.

  After a while the bus stops and everyone gets off.

  "I'm tired." Kalk rubs her tired eyes.

  "Hobby is too." Hobby says as she yawns.

  "I'm getting tired." Echo says.

  "I think it's time we head back." Belchan suggests. "How about you Miss Alicorn." She looks around, but can't see Alicorn. "Alicorn?"

  Belchan then spots Alicorn heading off towards the docks.

  "Where's she going?" Echo questions.

  "I'll... I'll go check on her." Belchan says. "You guy head back to our room."

  "Okay." The three other yawn and head towards the dorms.

  Belchan heads to where she saw Alicorn and after a few minutes she finds Alicorn standing on the edge of the docks. The sun sets off in the distance casing a orange and red glow on top of the ocean water.

  A breeze blows Alicorn's ashen hair a little as she stares out to the ocean.

  "Miss Alicorn?" Belchan calls out as she walks towards Alicorn.

  "Why are you guys so nice to me?" Alicorn says without turning around.

  Belchan stops. "Because everyone deserves to have someone at least be nice to them."

  "I'm not a good person Belchan, I've done horrible things. And I tried to do a very bad thing, I tired to kill many people in a very bad and horrible way."

  "But you didn't right?"

  "No, but I still w-"

  "But you didn't you came to your senses and stopped yourself from doing something bad." Belchan smiles.

  Alicorn grits her teeth. "I don't deserve any of this Belchan, I don't deserve friends or happiness. I've killed so many innocent people, I'm just a failed experiment, a Siren! I deserve to be-"

  She gets cut off by Belchan hugging her from behind. "You deserve friends, Alicorn. Everyone needs a friend." A warm feeling spreads through Alicron's chest. "You're a good person, I know that. You saved many of my friends and have done great things since coming here. You're not a Siren, you're a human with special powers who's my friend."

  A single tear falls from Alicorn's eye as a rge smile appears on her face.

  "Thank you..." Alicorn whispers.

  Belchan smiles. "Anytime!"
