Hi y'all, hackz here! I wanted to give a more thorough announcement on the progress of Slimy Reincarnation and my future release schedule.

  - Volume 1 is now Complete; I will be taking a hiatus to edit Volume 1 and begin writing Volume 2, and will likely relaunch this story in the summer.

  I began writing this worm reincarnation story at the end of December, and began posting as soon as I wrote the first chapter. During these past ~4 months, I have not had a backlog, and have been writing every chapter the day it's been posted. While I've loved doing it, I need to take a break for my own sanity. I also feel that there is quite a bit of inconsistency in the quality, and I hope that sitting down and editing the entire first volume now will help me make a better story for you to read. The only editing I have done thus far is a single pass for glaring spelling mistakes and grammatical errors, so I have high hopes for crafting a more polished draft.

  - When I begin posting again, I will relaunch this story under a new title from Chapter 1.

  As much as I love Slimy Reincarnation: Living my Best Life as a Worm in Another World, the fun and light title no longer feels as accurate to this story as it did in the first ten or so chapters. I plan to make significant edits and changes to the first volume before continuing to the second, so I will be relaunching the story entirely under a new, more fitting title when it's ready.

  - I will be releasing a new Sci-fi story alongside the relaunch of Slimy Reincarnation, and am aiming for a July/August release.

  I have also begun writing a hard sci-fi story and am on track to be able to start posting that on the same timeline as the relaunch of Slimy Reincarnation, and if all things go according to plan, I will be ready to start posting in July or August on a 3-5x weekly schedule for both.
