Chapter 6: The Indifferent Older Brother
"Isn't that Akagi's younger sister?" Toward Hiyori said in puzzlement. Everyone looked at the cold man, but his expressionless face didn't change a bit, as if he was listening to a stranger's gossip.
Kakashi moved forward without waiting to hear what Hinata had to say. The others didn't have any particular feelings about it, as everyone knew that Kakashi wasn't close to his reclusive sister, and they deliberately didn't say anything more, following him from behind as he left.
His eyes flashed with anger as he clenched his fists. Is he really her brother? Why do all the troubles fall on his sister, but he doesn't care at all? He had also heard from his teammates before that Kaito-senpai was not very fond of his sister, but she is still his sister! No matter how cold-blooded he is, it shouldn't be like this!
"Doesn't Hikimoki-senpai need to go see his little sister?" The crowd's footsteps stopped as they stared at Yoshiki in surprise. It seemed he was also a member of 2nd year class C, and just like the others, he treated that Hikimoki Ayaka like treasure? It was really unbelievable! And yet he dared to question his senior! This was disrespect!
Hijiri, a boy like that, is well-known to the tennis club members. A proud and untamed person with golden eyes full of ambition would actually be dissatisfied with someone else's attitude towards a girl? Seeing Hijiri's face clearly taking offense for Katsuragi Akane, the regulars were stunned. It seemed like Hijiri really cared about that Katsuragi Akane. The regulars looked at Katsuragi Akira again.
He looked at Rikuto with a puzzled expression, seemingly unable to understand why he was speaking up for his autistic sister. Had she done something remarkable that changed these people's minds? However, no matter what she did, he wouldn't have any feelings for her; they just shared the same bloodline after all.
"I have nothing to see her with," said Akagi coldly.
He took a deep breath, and he couldn't help but feel annoyed. Kiriya Akane's influence on him was too great! However, he still wasn't satisfied with Kiriya Kaito's indifference, thinking of the sadness in her eyes made him even more dissatisfied with Kiriya Kaito! How could he not care about his own sister at all and let her be so sad?! It seemed that this senior wasn't as good as he thought!
Everyone looked at Hiyori's increasingly dissatisfied eyes, as well as the hidden heartache, and was stunned again! Hiyori seems to be very concerned about that Katsuragi-senpai's autistic little sister, hehe, could it be that she has feelings for her? There's gossip!
Facing the dazzling spotlight in front of everyone, Yoshiki averted his face unnaturally. Yet, he still let everyone see the faint redness at the base of his ears. Everyone smiled knowingly and sympathetically. This made Yoshiki even more unnatural, but he didn't want to refute anything - if there was a misunderstanding, so be it! Anyway, he seemed... probably... maybe... moved?
He no longer cares about what others think of him, he has no gossip cells.
……
As soon as she got home from school and before entering the door, Lin Xiangyu heard her mother talking to a young man, so she quietly stood still where she was.
Shizuka Ryoko looked at the boy's cold and inhumane appearance with dissatisfaction, always like this, can't get along well with his family? Other people's sons are all affectionate, but their own son always keeps a distance from his family, don't they lose face for him?
"Xiao Liu, can't you just sit down and have a good meal when you come home this time? Wait for Baby to come back too, it would be heartbreaking if she saw you so indifferent!" Jing Xiang Liangzi couldn't help but feel heartbroken thinking of Baby's amnesia, yet her brother didn't care about his own sister at all.
He blinked his eyes languidly, "I've eaten already, and what she does has nothing to do with me."
"Ana, you say something to him too! Luckily the baby isn't here, otherwise how could he stand his tone of voice!" She stomped her foot in anger and turned to her husband.
Tanaka Taro looked at his wife helplessly, then glared at Tanaka Tsutomu, "Your mother was right! No matter what, you're still Baobei's older brother! How could you treat your own younger sister like this?!"
Shizuka Ryoko straightened her back and glared at him.
He turned his face indifferently, "It's just that we have the same blood, I don't need to take on any brotherly responsibilities." Hasn't it been like this for years? That sister didn't want to get in touch with him at all.
"You! You little brat! I've wasted my time raising you!"
He still had a cold face and didn't care much about it.
Shizuka Ryoko suddenly felt a pang of sadness, this son was not considerate at all. "Baby got hurt and you didn't even ask, it seems like you really don't care about baby at all. Forget it, forget it, anyway baby has amnesia and won't remember you. Otherwise, it would be even more heartbreaking." As she spoke, tears fell down her face, sobbing uncontrollably. Akogi Taku once again intervened with a sympathetic expression.
Her eyes widened in shock, had she lost her memory? But this was none of his concern, his face returned to its usual coldness.
The servant walked over and saw Xiangyun standing at the door, but didn't go in. She asked in puzzlement, "Miss, why are you standing here?"
