After 23 years, Buggy the Clown, captain of the Buggy Pirates, has a bounty of 15 million Berries. He is a Split-Split Fruit user and can split his body into multiple parts to attack enemies. Any slash attacks are ineffective against him. After Roger's death, Buggy parted ways with Shanks in Rogerville as he didn't want to be under his command.
