Dear Diary, I don't know how to start this... I just want a place where I can vent. Gabriel recommended I write my thoughts in this old notebook. I don't know if it'll work, but hey, he's much older than me and knows more than I do.My name is Tommy Namor. My age? That doesn't matter. I just want to tell my story. I don't know exactly where to begin; I think it would be appropriate to start from that day, my 17th birthday. I think it's a good place to begin.I remember starting the day as I always did back then: wasting time playing online video games and eating like a pig. That was all I did, every day. I remember feeling lost; I didn't know what to do with my life, I didn't know what I wanted, but I wasn't doing anything about it either. Although I wasn't alone: ??I had my older brother, Jake. He was always by my side, but I didn't appreciate him very much.Like on all my birthdays, he cheerfully wished me a happy birthday; I just found it annoying. That day, he took advantage of my birthday to try and convince me to leave the house and go on an adventure like in the old days. I flatly refused. He only cared about me and wanted what was best for me, but I didn't want anything to do with that stuff again. I think I was more scared than anything else. My brother kept insisting and insisting; I ignored him and continued with my routine.Everything changed a few minutes later when we heard bloodcurdling screams coming from the Enchanted Forest. That forest was quite close to our house. Before, many idiots went into it for fun... but they never came back. That place was infested with carnivorous creatures. Eventually, the entrance was sealed off by the Great Kingdom's police. Hardly anyone dared to go in anymore for fear of never returning. But that day, apparently, someone ignored the signs. The screams were from a girl. She was desperately calling for help.At that moment, I desperately wanted to go help her, but too many emotions overwhelmed me, and I didn't know what to do. My brother packed his backpack and his mace; he was ready to leave. He said to me,"Are you coming or not?"It took me a few seconds to decide, but in the end, I said yes. My sense of justice wouldn't let me stay put. I took off my pajamas and put on street clothes as fast as I could. I reached the door, and that's when I realized I was forgetting something. Before leaving, I called for my sword, and it quickly flew into my hand. We both ran as fast as we could. We got closer and closer following the screams of the girl, until we finally saw her being dragged by demonic roots. I only saw her for a moment, but I noticed her beauty: a blonde girl, about my age, wearing sport clothes. I saw her tears and the bruises she had.At that moment, I accelerated and leaped toward the roots, trying to slice through them with my sword. But I wasn't fast enough: the girl was pulled to the ground. I collapsed, a thousand thoughts racing through my mind. I blamed myself for wasting time again; because of me, the girl had died. But then I remembered a detail from the fleeting moment I saw her: she wasn't as badly injured as she should have been. That meant she was more resilient than usual. She was probably still alive. So I raised my sword to the sky and shouted:"The power of thunder!"A bolt of thunder crashed down from above, striking my True?ioion.I don't think anyone will read this journal, but I still want to explain something. I am the Thunder Knight. According to legend, it all began over two thousand years ago. The legendary sword called True?ioion was said to have been created by a powerful sorcerer. He forged it by combining the strongest metals in the world and charged it with the power of a lightning storm. The sorcerer decided to leave that sword embedded in a rock and said, "Whoever manages to wield this sword will be worthy of being the Thunder Knight."Thousands of knights and warriors tried to pull it out, but only one could: a noble and brave, though weak, knight. From that day on, he protected all the kingdoms with his power. When he died, he bequeathed the sword to his son, and he to his own son, and so from generation to generation the sword was passed on... until it ended up with me. A disappointment.I always thought the story was just a tale and that it probably didn't happen exactly like that. But oh well, Thunder Knights—as the name suggests—can control thunder. With the phrase I said, "the power of thunder," I am able to summon thunder from the heavens; my sword absorbs that power, and with it, I can use electrical energy for many things. With that explained, going back to that day: after absorbing the thunder, I leaped into the air and, pointing my sword at the ground, shouted "Firebolt!" This electrical ability, as its name suggests, allows me to fire a bolt of fire. Upon impact with the ground, it destroyed it, creating a large, somewhat deep hole. I dropped down the hole and my brother followed me. I managed to land on my feet, but my brother fell on top of me, and I yelled, "Watch it, you idiot!"When we got up, we realized where we were: it was a kind of underground castle, rather dark, lit only by a few torches. The whole place was made of wood. I was surprised that my fire bolt hadn't burned the floor, as it was untouched. Also, the hole I had created was gone. But that wasn't the most important thing at that moment. In front of us was a plantoid, a species I thought was extinct. They were the rulers of the enchanted forest, but many years ago they were defeated by my parents. The one in front of us seemed to be wearing a crown made of plants and was glaring at us. Beside him was the girl, locked in a wooden cage. I felt relieved to see her alive. My brother shouted, "Don't worry, we'll save you!" She had a look of surprise on her face. The plant-like creature exclaimed in an imposing voice,"What are you doing here? Get out of my castle if you don't want to die!"I was a little annoyed and replied,"We're Team Totium. I thought my parents had already defeated you, Plant King, but it seems we, their children, will have to finish the job."I drew my sword and struck a "cool" pose. I just wanted to impress the girl. How pathetic. The King responded furiously,"Oh, I see... you're the children of those bastards. Magnificent. I'll be able to get revenge for what they did to us."I was ready to fight, but my brother stopped me by showing me the energy sphere Mom had left us, capable of measuring the energy of any living being, and I could also absorb energy from it whenever I needed it."Lil bro, be careful, this guy has a power level of 50. He's almost as strong as you. Don't get cocky," Jake said."Don't worry," I replied.I followed his advice. I raised my sword toward the ceiling and repeated the magic words. The thunder created a hole; I absorbed it and invoked the ability "electric agility," which covered my body in electricity, increasing my agility and my strength too but just a little, useful for close combat."This will be enough to finish you off," I told the King.He looked at me with disdain and shouted, "GUARDS!"A dozen Tree Guards emerged from the ground. My brother measured their power with the sphere. I couldn't help but laugh my ass off when I saw they had a power level of 30. I told the King,"Those guards are just trash to us."My brother and I started fighting. I punched, kicked, and slashed them with my sword. The fight was easy. Jake tore them apart with his powerful fists and his spiked mace. In seconds, it was all over.I looked at the King with a smile as he stared at us in surprise."You're next," I told him.He yelled again:"Firulais!"A giant carnivorous plant emerged from a nearby room. It looked terrifying, to be honest. My brother measured its power level: 60."I'll take care of it, lil bro," he said. He ran toward the beast. They collided hard. While watching the fight, I read the monster's power level: they were pretty evenly matched, but Jake was slightly stronger. He held its jaws, pushing slowly. He only needed one blow, but the King realized the disadvantage and fired a tranquilizer dart. My brother fell asleep instantly, and the beast took advantage of the situation to throw him toward me. It all happened so fast I couldn't react; I fell with Jake on top of me. Before I could get up, the King shot me with a dart, and I fell asleep almost instantly.I have no idea how much time passed, but eventually, I woke up. I couldn't move. When I opened my eyes, I realized I was lying on my back. I seemed to be on some kind of wooden stretcher; my limbs were restrained by wooden shackles. I was strong enough to easily break the wood, but at that moment I couldn't. It wasn't because I was weak—I felt perfectly fine—but I couldn't break the shackles because they were made of a special wood that only exists in the Enchanted Forest. That wood is even stronger than steel.I tried to break them with all my might, but I couldn't do anything. After a minute of waking up, I remembered my brother and wondered where he was. I called out to him, and someone answered, but not my brother. It was a tree-guard:"Shut your mouth, your brother is right next to you, you idiot."I turned my head, and it was true: Jake was right next to me in the same situation. I breathed a sigh of relief. He was still asleep. I figured he'd be able to free himself since he was stronger than me.At that moment I realized I didn't have my True?ioion with me. That was our only way to escape. The room was dark, so it was hard to make out the place, but it didn't matter: we Thunder Knights are spiritually connected to the True?ioion. I was able to sense its presence quite close; It was on a table not far from where I was.Another rather convenient ability of the Thunder Knights is to be able to move the sword telepathically, although at that moment it was difficult for me to control it. But it didn't matter. I just had to close my eyes and concentrate. I was able to make the sword float. The guard noticed and, before he could even do anything, I cut off one of his arms/branches. He screamed in pain and begged for mercy. I told him:"If you answer my questions, I'll let you live... and keep your voice down, otherwise I'll cut off your head."He nodded. I asked him:"Well... why did that guy let us live?"The guard replied in a tone that revealed his pain:"His Highness let you live because he wanted to torture you before killing you, and also he wanted to try to steal your sword to become more powerful."I replied:"I see. Next question: What do you plan to do with that girl?"The guard replied:—Your parents sank the castle. On that fateful day, the King lost his son and his wife...I interrupted him:—Oh, I see... so the damned pervert felt lonely. He replied, somewhat offended:—No, it's not that. In this forest, both the King and Queen need each other, spiritually. If one is gone, the one who remains will, after an indeterminate time, lose their power as part of the royal family. My highness kidnapped that girl to turn her into a plantoid and make her the new queen so as not to lose his power. There are no more plantoids left in this forest, nor are there any species similar enough to be transformed.I replied, surprised:—But to do that, you'll need a great deal of energy. I already measured his power, and he is a weakling. How does he plan to do it?The guard seemed hesitant. He didn't want to answer, so I cut off one of his legs."Answer me, damn it. Next time it'll be your head."He finally replied, through tears:"Fine... It took a lot of work for His Highness and us to find all the pieces, but you ruined everything."I raised my voice:"Pieces of what?"The guard wouldn't say anything more, so I decided to finish him off. Although I regretted it instantly, since I forgot to tell him to release us. But it didn't matter: I had my sword. I carefully brought it closer; I had to be extremely careful since this sword is capable of cutting even diamond. It took me about twenty minutes, since it was difficult to control my sword telepathically and I wasn't very precise, but eventually I managed to free myself.I stood up and looked at my brother in disappointment. Despite all the noise, he was still asleep."Wake up, idiot," I said, slapping him.He eventually woke up. I explained the situation and told him to free himself since I didn't want to accidentally cut him, and that we had to help the girl. Even with his bestial strength, he couldn't break the shackles, so I had to cut them myself with my sword, but this time it didn't take me as long since I can be more precise with my hands. After that, he gathered his things and we left the dungeon. There were several tree-guards outside, but we took them out easily. We eventually reached the room where the Plant King was performing his ritual. He was standing with a book in his hands, reciting several words in a language that seemed familiar to me. In front of him was an energy sphere that, at that moment, I didn't know what it was, and the poor girl was floating unconscious. My brother said:"That's the X-Ball. Do you remember Mom telling us about it once?"At that moment, I remembered. The X-Ball was the physical manifestation of all the planet's energy. Very few planets in the universe possessed one. The X-Ball is normally separated into nine pieces located in specific parts of the planet. If someone manages to find all the pieces, they will have access to the X-Ball. If you're a magician, you'll be able to use the immense amount of energy for any spell you want; you might even be able to conquer all of Totium. But Mom told us that finding and obtaining all the pieces was extremely difficult.I was impressed that this guy could do it, but it didn't matter. My question about how he was going to accomplish his goal had already been answered. Mom also told us that, in order to use the energy of the X-Ball, a lot of magical knowledge was needed, and that any spell first required a long and tedious ritual. Any interruption would cause the ritual to be canceled and the X-Ball to split again. We just had to hit him, and we'd ruin his ritual. But it wasn't that simple. He noticed us with his peripheral vision and, without pausing to pronounce the words of his spell, stamped his leg on the ground. A swarm of tree-guards emerged, many more than we had faced before. I think there were about fifty or sixty of them.My brother and I prepared ourselves for the fight. Even though they were weaker than us, they outnumbered us. We were about to launch an attack, but all the tree-guards pointed the leaves on their heads at us and fired in unison. We weren't sure, but they looked sharp, so without hesitation, I absorbed electrical energy as quickly as I could from Mom's sphere and summoned the electrical ability called "Electric Shield." This allowed me to summon a shield made of electrical energy. And, even though I was using the weakest shield, it was enough to protect us from the sharp leaves. Although one pierced Jake's arm, it didn't seem to do much damage. In an instant, the rain of leaves stopped, and we launched our attack. We began to wipe everyone out. My shield wasn't just for defense: its edges were quite sharp, so, along with my sword, it sliced ??through every tree-guard that got in my way. After so many punches, kicks, cuts, and everything else, we finally finished them all off. We were about to touch the King, but Firulais returned for a rematch. My brother did the same thing as in the previous battle, but this time I joined in, leaping over both of them to cut the monster's "tail," or root, with my sword, instantly killing it.My brother grabbed the corpse from its root and started spinning it rapidly in the air. It almost hit me in the face. Then he slammed the King hard with his pet's corpse, sending him flying. The ritual stopped. The girl stopped floating. I grabbed her to prevent her from hitting herself. The X-ball floated to the ceiling of the underground castle and simply vanished. Finally, I could see the poor girl up close. She was very beautiful, with gorgeous blonde hair and a rather attractive figure. She woke up confused. I suddenly got nervous and stuttered a little:"U-uh... hi, I see you're awake... are you okay?"She looked at me strangely. At first, I thought she was disgusted by me or something, but she smiled and said:"Oh yes, I'm fine. Thank you so much for saving me, heroes."She was still in my arms. What she said made my heart start pounding incredibly fast. I'm not very good with women... but oh well. I could hear some mocking laughter coming from my brother, which reminded me that I had this stranger in my arms, so I let go of her, apologizing eagerly and helping her up.She was a little flushed and said to me, in a nervous voice:"No, it's okay. Thanks again for saving me. May I know your names?"She said this while bowing very quickly. At that moment, I realized that this girl was just as shy as I was, so I replied, trying to sound cool:"Oh, no problem. We're the children of Tom and Martha Namor, the heroes of Totium. My name is Tommy, and I'm the Thunder Knight."I turned to my brother, and he said:"Nice to meet you. My name is Jake. We just did what our parents would do."She replied with a smile:"Oh, yes. I've heard about your parents. They were legendary heroes. Thank you so much for saving me, Tommy and Jake. My name is Mary. I was in this forest collecting rare plants, but suddenly some roots caught me off guard, and I was so scared I didn't know what to do, even though I should have been able to do something. Still, thank you so much; you saved my life."At that moment, I remembered this girl's resilience. She wasn't a normal person. I also noticed that she had an axe on her back. I'm so stupid I only just realized that. I was really looking forward to watching her fight, but that curiosity was cut short by the Plant King's furious shouts:"Are you seriously going to act like I don't exist? Damned humans! First your damned parents come and destroy my castle... After all the trouble I went through to get the X-Ball, now you come and ruin everything again... I've had enough! I'm going to wipe you out, you damned scum. You'll pay for this, you'll regret it."As he screamed, his grotesque transformation began. His arms split into three on each side, becoming as thin as noodles, and his hands turned into large, razor-sharp claws. His legs, which had been tentacles or roots, lengthened, and their tips became larger and sharper. His torso was fairly normal and purple, but at that moment it inflated like a balloon and was covered in super-resistant wood. Thorns sprouted from its shoulders, and its head, which had once been a green humanoid head with a kind of jaw around it, transformed: the jaws swallowed its head, and it became a carnivorous plant head without eyes, but with sharp teeth. His transformation was complete. he looked much more menacing, so I decided to measure his power on the sphere. When I saw his power level, I couldn't help but laugh. He had a power level of 70. It had only increased slightly. I could have easily finished him off if I'd wanted, but I got cocky and decided to act cool to impress Mary. I invoked the electrical ability "Electric Speed." This allowed me to cover my body in electrical energy to increase my speed. Although my strength wouldn't increase, I figured that with the King's gigantic body, his speed would have decreased. My plan was to slice him to bits, and with my superior speed, he wouldn't be able to dodge my attacks. That's what I tried to do. I said in the deepest voice I could muster, with a confident smile:"I'll take care of this."My brother told me to wait, but I ignored him. I thought I had everything under control. I started running at full speed, sword in hand, and began attacking, but to my surprise, I couldn't even scratch him. I made a big mistake. Even though his body had grown larger, his speed didn't decrease; it increased. He was not only stronger than me, but also faster. He easily dodged my attacks and was about to strike me with his sharp claws.I wasn't able to dodge that attack. I felt so stupid in that moment. I'd been overconfident. Because I wanted to act like a cool guy, I was about to die. I guess not having gone on adventures for so long had made me overconfident. I made a lot of rookie mistakes that day, and I was about to pay for my selfishness. I deserved it, for being a coward. Before the King could touch me, I closed my eyes, accepting my death. But when I opened them, I was completely unharmed, in Mary's arms. The girl I had saved and was holding just moments before... now she was holding me.She looked at me with a smile and asked if I was okay."Yes... I'm fine," I replied.I couldn't help but blush. That was so cool. I stood up quickly, since I seemed to be quite heavy for her. Even so, I hadn't expected her to be so strong and fast. She had her axe in hand, and the King had one of his arms severed. I decided to measure her power with the sphere. As I'd imagined, she was weaker than me: she had a power level of 43. Even so, for a human, her power was impressive. But even more astonishing was her speed: she was even faster than the Plant King. I couldn't believe it. Still, it was quite exciting. I felt like I had met the perfect woman.Suddenly, the Plant King attacked furiously, but Jake came to the rescue and blocked the attack. Jake's strength was greater than mine. His speed was somewhat mediocre due to his large muscles, but his resistance was quite good: he was able to withstand the King's attacks. I took advantage of that moment to attack the King, but he was able to dodge my attack. Mary also attacked and struck him in the back, but her weapon wasn't sharp enough to damage the super-resistant wood, and she was almost hit by the King, but I saved her.We ran to the other side of the room to keep our distance from the King. At that moment, Mary whispered,"I caught a glimpse of a kind of blue sphere on his back... That must be his weak point. But I think it's as tough as, or even tougher than, the King's skin. My weapon won't be able to cut through it, but the True?ioion should be able to. Jake and I will distract him, and when you find the perfect moment, you attack. Okay?"I hadn't expected her to suddenly start giving orders, but I liked it. That girl was getting more and more interesting. Without a word, we nodded and prepared to execute her plan as the King sped toward us. But instead of hitting us, he unleashed a blast of blue fire from his mouth. I didn't know plantoids could do that. The only thing I could think of at that moment was to block the attack with my sword. I managed to protect Mary and Jake, but the fire damaged my arms a little. My brother and Mary seized the opportunity to attack. Jake struck him in the head with his mace and fired explosive spikes. Mary severed his limbs and began attacking the blue sphere, but, as she had predicted, she couldn't damage it.Despite the intense pain, I ran as fast as I could to attack its core. The King noticed this and regenerated his arms, sending Mary flying, and fired another blast of fire at me. Jake, at the last moment, managed to block the attack with his body. I didn't know if he could withstand the attack, but I couldn't let this opportunity slip away. So I severed his left arms and damaged his head as well. I was able to position myself behind him. Just as I was about to attack, he unleashed a barrage of spikes, but Mary took the brunt of the attack with her back.I was furious, so I grabbed my True?ioion and struck his core with all my might. Fortunately, I was able to sever it. The King screamed in pain and suddenly reverted to his previous form. His core was shattered, and he looked wounded. He was weakened, so I took the opportunity to cut him to pieces. He couldn't regenerate and, apparently, died, as it turned into a pile of dry leaves.I was quite tired and sore, but that was the least of my worries. I quickly went over to Mary and my brother to see if they were okay. My brother, with some burns, replied:"Don't worry, lil bro. I'm fine... but it seems Mary isn't so much."She was trying to stand up. She had already removed all the thorns herself, but she was bleeding quite a bit. I quickly took off my shirt. It was a little burned, but not as bad as my brother's. I used it to try to stop Mary's bleeding, and it seemed to work. I started carrying her in my arms. It was embarrassing; she was rather heavy, and my arms still hurt, but it didn't matter. I said:"I'm sorry about this, but you can't move in that state. Don't worry, we'll take you to a hospital."After that, I used Firebolt again to blast a hole in the ceiling/floor, and before the floor could regenerate, I began to levitate my sword. As I wielded it, we started to float. Jake grabbed onto my leg. I remember that hurt my arms quite a bit, but we managed to escape the underground castle. I could hear it collapsing, though; I assumed it was because the King had died. After that, we decided to walk as fast as we could to the hospital in the Great Kingdom, since, for some reason, there wasn't a hospital in the Grass Kingdom (where we lived). After about half an hour, we arrived. We were able to get her checked out quickly since we were the children of famous heroes. After they treated our burns, we also put on new T-shirts that Jake had brought in his backpack, and after a ten-minute wait, the doctor told us:"Well, the patient is completely fine. She'll be fully healed in about ten hours. Her healing factor is quite good. Although she looks human, she might be a hybrid."I replied:"Thank you, doctor. Well, we don't know what species she is; we just met her today."After signing some papers to pay the bill, we went in to see Mary. I was a little nervous, but my brother started the conversation:"Hi, Mary. The doctor said you're feeling better. We're so glad. Oh, and don't worry about payment; we'll cover the expenses."She replied immediately:"Oh, no, you don't have to do that. You're very kind, but it's not necessary."I replied:"But it was our fault you ended up hurt. Don't worry, we have plenty of money."She replied again:"No, it wasn't your fault. It was mine for being so foolish and weak. You were just doing your job. I should be paying you."And I said:"That's not true. You're very strong; you saved my life. I would have died because of my stupidity if it weren't for you. Consider it as thanks for that."Finally, after much discussion, she agreed. She seemed to blush when I told her she was strong. After that, I didn't know what else to say, but my brother was the only one who could keep the conversation going. They both talked, but I remained silent because I didn't know what to say, even though I had something in mind that I really wanted to say.Eventually, we left the hospital. Mary said goodbye to us, but Jake suggested we walk her home. Jake knew she was strong and didn't need protection, but in retrospect, I think he said that because he realized I liked her. At first, she refused, since she didn't think she deserved so much kindness, but we eventually realized that she lived in the same kingdom as us, the Grass Kingdom, so at least we had that excuse to stay with her.I really wanted to say something to her, but I was too embarrassed. I couldn't say it no matter how hard I tried. I remained silent as we walked, while my brother and she talked. Although she was just as quiet as I was, my brother was the one who started the conversation.Eventually, we arrived at her house. She said goodbye and thanked us again for saving her and for the hospital. This was my last chance to say something to her. If I didn't say it then, I probably never would. I wanted to ask her out, but I was too shy. I was so embarrassed. I thought she would reject me, and that's why I hesitated so much. But then I realized I just needed an excuse to see her again. I didn't necessarily had to ask her out. If I didn't say anything, I probably wouldn't see her again, I thought. Even though we lived in the same kingdom, I would be too embarrassed to come to her house to see her, and maybe she would think I was a pervert. She was about to go inside her house, and I would never see her again. At that moment I thought I was in love, but really I just liked her... a lot. She was beautiful, had a beautiful body, she was intelligent, strong, interesting. I really wanted to date her. But that was just an excuse, or maybe a hope, a motivation to break out of my bubble. I'd been trapped for years since Alfred left, or even before. I had no motivation for anything. I wanted to do something, I wanted to go out and be a good Thunder Knight like my father, but I felt useless, as if being chosen by the True?ioion had been a mistake. I didn't feel worthy, so I shut myself away. But that day, after years, I felt motivated again. Even though I did stupid things as usual, it still felt good to be a hero again. At that moment, I thought that maybe, just maybe, if I had Mary with me, things wouldn't be the same as before. I would have enough motivation to be a hero again. I wanted to be like my father, but all this time I had just been useless. I thought that maybe, just maybe, Mary would change me. So I didn't want to let her go, not like I did with Alfred or my parents. At that moment, I had a thousand thoughts, or even more, but finally, I decided what to say."W-wait," I said nervously. She turned and looked at me curiously. It took me a few seconds to say something, but finally, I said:"If you want, if it's okay with you... well, um... you were great. You're pretty strong for a human. If you really want to... wouldn't you like to join me? I mean... us. We could use you on our team. You're quite strong and intelligent. I mean... if you want to, of course. You don't have to answer right now, but I... we'd like to know if you'd be interested."After that lame proposal, she didn't say anything. I felt really embarrassed, so I quickly said:"Well, goodbye..."I turned around and started walking, thinking about how stupid I was, but suddenly her words stopped me:"W-wait..."I turned around, confused."How am I supposed to answer if I don't have your numbers?"I was surprised by her response. She seemed a little nervous."Oh... that's right, sorry, I'm so stupid..."My brother and I exchanged numbers with her. I was very nervous but also very happy. After that, she said:"Um... mmm... yes."I replied:"Huh?"She answered, in a nervous voice:"Yes. My answer is yes. I'd like to join your team."I thought I'd have to wait several days for her answer. I didn't know what to say."Oh... that's great. We're really happy to have you on our team. But first, recover from your injuries, haha," my brother said. This whole conversation was very awkward, but in the end, everything turned out as I wanted. Now I had an excuse to be around her and, eventually, gather the courage to ask her out. Although there's still a long way to go before we get to that point. Everything went well that day. I didn't know what to expect. Even though everything went wonderfully, I couldn't help but think it wouldn't last long, that I'd mess it up at some point. But I had no idea how much my life would change from that day forward.Anyway... we'll continue in chapter 2, dear diary.
