Pov: Kenzo
I have not gained any new scrolls since my st one... and I am gd I got a hold of my hearing as soon as possible because I still have sensitive ears with all that scroll training I did.
Naruto the kind and compassionate brother of mine has realised my new hearing problems and becomes much quieter around me... it is truly kind.
Right now I have just left Yamanaka flowers after grabbing a few flowers that mean get better soon and such- I am heading towards the hospital where Sasuke Uchiha has become... the st of his family.
Supposedly Itachi killed everyone... or that's what I have heard- I cannot believe that guy was my bodyguard and he was keeping that killing potential in his back pocket.
Its a horrible visage to imagine that once kind man sughtering mothers, fathers and children for no reason at all... I almost couldn't believe it if that isn't what happened, unfortunately Itachi did do those things and left Sasuke alone.
I am being led to the hospital by Naruto who very kindly took some time out of his day to make sure I didn't run into anyone.
I am very capable of walking pces on my own now and every so often I find a private pce to undo my blindfold but it always helps to have someone make sure I don't dive headfirst into a pole.
As we enter the hospital Naruto runs up to the counter and asks for Sasuke Uchiha... a few minutes pass and he is told that we cannot visit him at the moment.
...
"Can you send these flowers to his room if possible? Just want to let him know that people are there for him" I hold out the flowers.
"Of course, I will have someone do that- thank you for stopping by" The dy takes the flowers and I nod before Naruto then leads me outside.
Well...
I have nothing else pnned today.
"You want to do anything today?" I ask Naruto.
"... I had this new idea... just need some glue and spare change" Naruto tells me and I smirk.
Ooo- a cssic it seems, its always wonderous to watch Naruto discover or create the many cliché pranks that I have seen before.
We head down the street and enter a supplies store for some glue... after finding the stickiest one we can Naruto and I head up to the counter and pce it there.
"1,500 ryo" they say and I barely contain my rage with Naruto patting my back.
I mean we got the stickiest glue but not that much- its the smallest- Haaa- never mind, this is just them trying to get to you... lets calm down and take a breath.
We leave the shop and decide to super glue the handle of their doors... not gonna do much but be a minor hassle... get sticky hands shop keep!
We then leave to a more popur street and Naruto pces glue onto some of his change and he pces them on the ground.
Alright- now that's done we sit on a bench and talk while Naruto gnces and chuckles at anyone who tries to pick it up.
...
Unfortunately a ninja casually picks it up a few minutes ter... stupid magic ninja being too strong!!!
Naruto sighs as he tells me all this and we think to eat some ramen before heading home.
Pns all being a bust we decide to just talk in our apartment.
"I kind of... maybe... failed my history test yesterday" Naruto admits.
As we talk I focus on his voice... and drown out everything else.
"Did you need help understanding anything?" I ask.
"Yeah... sorry... just cant remember all that stuff on the first Hokage... that Mad guy as well" Naruto asks.
"Well... first of all that 'Mad Guy'? He is named Madara, and one of the founders of Konoha- now a founder is someone who made something... like a founder of a cool jutsu made that jutsu... Madara... he was the head of the Uchiha... emphasis on was..." As I expin as much as I can remember to Naruto and he listens we eventually fall asleep ready for a new day.

Pov: Hiruzen
Calm, Kind and a mystery.
If I had to summarise Kenzo into three words that is the three I would pick.
Calm.
If I had to summarise Kenzo into one word that is the one I would stick with.
Calm- like the calm before a storm... or a tense moment of calm right before a battle starts.
Unnervingly calm.
Horrifically calm.
I have gone through the thousands of reports on him that Oorochimaru made and I have had someone monitor him ever since he came back.
Calm.
Snake stitched into his stomach? Oorochimaru says he just stares at the ceiling in boredom.
Poison that makes ones nerves feel as if they are on fire and twisting? Oorochimaru states that he grits his teeth and stares at the ceiling.
...
No matter the pain he holds his calm and no matter the circumstances he remains calm.
And yet he gets really angry when it is not him that is harmed... but Naruto. Or when young Lee was insulted he told the bully to punch 'Him' in the stomach till the bullies knuckles bleed.

Of course a teacher found them before anything too bad happened but it shows how loyal Kenzo is... and how much Kenzo can endure.
He wears longer clothes and always makes sure to readjust them so that no one can see him.
And yet my report says that he doesn't care that much about his appearance and even walks around the house shirtless when no one is home.
I was worried he may have image problems or feeling suicidal but it seems the only panic or worry he has is for his friends.
A future shinobi from the leaf... a shinobi that I will ensure is treated right due to my failure to keep him safe from my student.
And yet...
Danzo wishes to train him- all these reports say to him is that he is perfect for the style of training that Danzo dishes out, he believes that he can be moulded into a shinobi without emotions on the battlefield and during the job that can come home and be as human as ever... a true shinobi...
No doubt a lie to get me to hand him over, he only gained interest in the boy when the report on his unique constitution was found among Oorochimaru's b.
A unique and evolving chakra network... muscles that continue to grow and go beyond what a child should be capable of... and a gaze that can send shivers down the spines of anyone who meets his eye.
Danzo got very interested when the hospital reported that they could feel Kenzo's stare through the walls and floors- feeling like they should run or hide from it... some even thinking they should kill him.
Sight that puts one into a state of flight or fight- useful against cowards and great for catching someone off guard.
Worst part is he keeps growing in many areas- apparently he has hearing problems now and can hear things from a greater distance or in much more detail.
...
And yet he tells no one and even trains himself to hear better somehow.
I look over the reports and sigh.
There is also the newest problem that we have discovered from my students report pile and that is the test surgery report.
If what is in here is true Kenzo might not be capable of ninjutsu... it seems his affinity for genjutsu has gone off the charts but upon digging deeper that causes his ability to effectively cast Ninjutsu to go downhill.
Smaller and more detailed chakra points that cannot express great amounts of chakra for giant attacks or heavy uses like the Henge jutsu or even simple stuff like walking on water.
It is excellent for messing with others chakra however and making the use of chakra as efficient as possible.
He may have a smaller than most chakra pool but according to these reports he is much, much more efficient.
Say that ninjas use 'drops' of chakra for measurement.
An average ninja would have around one hundred drops of chakra.
A beginner illusion jutsu would cost ten points of chakra and the ninja would use that jutsu with that same amount needed.
But Kenzo's system reduces that cost by thirty percent.
From ten drops to seven.
That changes a lot of things.
Because it isn't straight numbers, it is not minus three it is thirty percent more efficient.
This again means it changes a lot of things.
Most importantly is genjutsu structure.
He has made it more efficient so he doesn't require the same amount of hand signs... If Oorochimaru is right Kenzo could shave off almost all hand signs of genjustu D rank and below... and reduce those higher into a single hand sign.
Mostly because Genjutsu are quick and use less hand signs by nature.
He could be the next pinnacle of genjutsu masters and create a plethora of genjutsu at S-rank or higher in the future.
It is just unfortunate that he has to trade off all ninjutsu and simple uses of chakra for it.
Making his chakra 'veins' into chakra 'needles' I don't know how he is going to do this but I am sure that he can pull it off.

Pov: Kenzo
I wake up early as usual and quickly get into my clothes for the day.
Naruto isn't awake yet as the sun just rose up but Lee definitely is.
I head outside and hold the rail of the stairs as I descend into the streets of Konoha.
Lee usually gets up around this time to train his body and I have the need to train while blindfolded... so when he asked to train together I said yes.
I have memorised the route I need to take to the Academy and I arrive to hear Lee already running.
I find the training ground near the Academy building.
"Kenzo! Sorry but I already started running, you only have to catch up with five more ps" Lee tells me and I chuckle before starting to run in that oval.
...
It does feel nice to build my body greater the natural way... maybe I should have gone to the gym on earth? Hindsight is 20-20 I believe...
I have been running ever since Lee asked and discovered that I have a gift of strength.
It is mighty fun might I add- I feel as though my sense of 'fun' has changed since coming to this world, I used to love reading about a dead nguage or maybe studying a town that existed in the middle of nowhere... I was set on archaeological type jobs.
Here though? My craving for knowledge is quite... simpler. No extravagant and bursts of desire to find out about the common people in Pompeii... but rather as soon as I realised that I could stare really good, I wanted to see how far I could push it.
And Lee who naturally pushes himself to the levels that I am at has quickly become one of my best friends.
...
I think I want to test a more complicated or impossible skill to have.
Simple skills are great... but I just want to try an impossible skill, the thing is I can do both can I not?
A simply impossible skill for a human to train?
So that leads me to my current thoughts.
I was thinking about non human skills and I thought of stuff like shapeshifting into a different creature to accomplish those skills.
Could I get 'Horse Running' without being a horse? Or does the skill training make me a horse and I need to get another skill that can turn me into one? Could I get super powers? Shapeshifting?
I believe so considering the stuff that just staring can accomplish.
Just stuff to think about in anticipation you know? I'm currently stuck in the same pce doing horribly easy things so this is the most easy way to get and start a bunch of new skills.
'Nightvision'?
Do I have to stay in the realm of possibility? Can I go straight to magic stuff?
'Dragon Breath'?
Does it have to conform to chakra?
'Ultimate ninja Kunai throw'?
If I add more detail into the name does it get more specific and if so does that mean less training? Because I get a lot of side benefits from being vague like Stare getting me more than just an unyielding stare with the itch of others... stare encompassed more than itself.
I could have gotten Stare Detection as an ability probably... and the next set of stare downs would have been swapped with me detecting and memorising different stares.
But the 'test' to evolve that skill gave me multiple things and I hooked onto staring back- so I got unyielding as a skill.
Am I just unyielding in a staring contest? No, I am more than unyielding in any situation now.
So if I ask for snake tongue can I taste the air?
Or should I develop just 'taste' and see if I get that and more.
All these questions flicker around my mind but Lee takes me out of it.
"Kenzo! We finished!" He yells and I turn to see Lee tap my shoulder.
I look down to see my heavily drenched body and feel the pain in my muscles.
Ah- got too stuck in my head again.
"Phew... that was... three more... ps... than my... current best... it was the best decision... to have you run with me... I go much further" Lee says between breaths and smiles at me.
I smile back and he chuckles.
Lets go home and shower before school starts.
