  The girl opens her eyes and wakes up.

  ". . . Where am I?"

  The moment she woke up, she immediately noticed a white ceiling above her. She also realized that she was lying down on a soft purple bed, with her head resting on a pillow.

  "What on earth happened. . ."

  The girl gets up and sits on the bed. She looks to her right and left and realizes that this room belongs to someone.

  "Is that a computer? From the looks of the room. This is a boy's room, especially with that robot figure on the desk. . ."

  And then suddenly, the door to the room was opened from the outside.

  "Oh! You're awake?"

  It was Light, the boy she fought just last night.

  The moment she saw him, she immediately noticed the very apparent bandages across the boy's left arm. That was the place that she herself cut quite deep last night.

  "UGH!!"

  The girl immediately felt a sharp stinging pain coming from the side of her head. She puts her hand on her painful, stinging head. She also realizes there is a bandage wrapped around her head.

  "Did you. . . actually defeat me?"

  The boy walks closer to the bed.

  "Yes, I did. Sorry if I hit you too hard! But you were about to kill me, so I had no choice but to be a little violent."

  "Well then, congratulations! You've actually defeated the Queen of Time! The 4th Strongest Believer in the entire world! That is a feat not just anyone could achieve! I don't usually lose a fight! This is only my second one."

  "W-Well, thank you then. . ."

  "Congrats! What now, then? You want a kiss?"

  "You act like this towards any boy you see?"

  "Not really! This is the first time I've met someone my age of the opposite gender!"

  The girl finally realizes that the boy is carrying something with him.

  "This isn't really the typical breakfast in this country, but here, I brought you a sandwich!"

  The girl hesitates, but then her stomach growls. She swiftly takes the sandwich away as she looks away from Light.

  Light blushes a bit, seeing the girl's adorable gesture.

  The girl stares silently at the sandwich in her hand. But then she puckers her mouth and swiftly eats the sandwich anyway.

  Light handed over a water bottle to the girl, and the girl immediately took it this time. She gulps the entire thing in one gulp.

  "Interrogation! That's why you feed me, right? You want to torture me for information? Unfortunately, for you, torture doesn't work on me, given my Faith power!"

  "*Sigh* Relax! Torture is far too extreme. I simply have a few questions for you, that's all!"

  "Alright then, I'll answer you as best as I can! Consider this a gift for actually defeating me!"

  "Classified? Uuuh, well then, where did you come from?"

  The girl freezes again. Someone is actually trying to help with whatever she is dealing with. This felt like a dream come true for the girl.

  "What's wrong?"

  "I can't involve a random civilian in my matters!"

  "I am NOT a random civilian! As I've said before, I am a Judge! The Judge of Lust! I am a member of the Seven Layers of Judgment! I was chosen directly by the One True God! If there's anything I can help with, I will! My primary job is saving the bad guys, but helping the victims along the way is also just as important!! This is kinda my whole thing!"

  If she is allowed to be honest, the girl really wanted to say yes. But her mind has been conditioned to think that when someone has a problem, that same someone has to be the one to solve it by themselves. She is not used to having someone to rely on. She hesitates a lot.

  "Are you on a time limit or something?"

  And then her demeanor changes again. She immediately gets out of bed and stands up.

  "I have to go back!"

  "Where to? I'll accompany you!"

  The boy insists on coming with the girl as he stares seriously into her eyes. The girl felt the conviction in his eyes. She detected no lies from him.

  "B-but. . . I. . ."

  "No matter what happens to me is on me! I'm the one who put myself through this! I won't blame you, nor will I regret it! I have never once regretted offering help to someone!"

  “Why. . . do you want to help me that much?”

  Light pauses for a few seconds before answering.

  “While it is true that helping others is part of my job, something you said last night also greatly piqued my personal interest.”

  “Which was?”

  “The god you mentioned!”

  And then the girl finally nods slowly, giving her approval.

  "Then let us go! Lead the way! . . . ooorrr actually let me take a quick bath first! Is that okay?"

  "I'll stop time except this entire space of your house so that water can actually flow."

  "Alright! Do you wanna take one as well? I have a separate bathroom, don't worry about it!"

  ". . .I appreciate it!"

  And then the boy takes her to the bathroom on the second floor. Then the boy takes a bath downstairs while the girl takes one upstairs. It only took both of them around five minutes max, and they've already come out of the bathroom fully clothed and fully prepared.

  The boy went upstairs and met the girl in his room.

  "Thank you for the bath. It was refreshing."

  "I bet! Let's go then!"

  "Yes. . . but I'm still. . ."

  The boy takes the girl's hand forcefully and leads her towards the window to his room.

  "I said it's fine! Whatever it is, we'll face it together! I promised to help you while carrying the name of the Judges! I won't disappoint you!"

  "Okay. . ."

  The boy drags open his window and blackens his feet. He jumps up high towards the sky above the clouds. The girl summons her sword wings, three on each side of her back, and flies up high above the clouds, following the boy.

  "By the way, can I have your name now?"

  Facility of Faith Power Research Institute, Russia. . .

  Somewhere in a desert in Russia, there is a big research facility located here that pursues the development of Faith power within Believers. This facility is a government-funded project that started hundreds of years before the present time, exactly about three hundred years ago.

  The facility itself, on the surface, only has one main building that is five stories tall. However, all of the main operations happen underground. Under the surface, the facility spreads wide as far as five kilometers in all directions, including downwards towards deeper into the ground.

  Inside one of the deepest floors, the 6th floor under the ground, there exists a special room for a special figure. The room has a label on the front door that says 'Experiment #496'. The room is a metal cube room with 6x6 meters in size. The room only has one bed hanging on steel chains from the wall on one side. There's also a private toilet inside. There's only minimal lighting inside the room. It's not too dark that the figure inside can't see anything, but it's not bright enough either, which makes the entire atmosphere look gloomy and depressing.

  The room is monitored twenty-four hours a day with multiple surveillance cameras located on every corner of the room and some hidden ones. One exception is that the private toilet is completely off camera for obvious reasons.

  On top of the bed, a small young girl is wearing a black hospital gown. She has a black long, smooth, and silky black hair that reaches her lower back. The girl has a metal collar device circling her neck. Although metal, it was designed to be light and not restrict neck movement, thanks to a special advancement of technology inside the facility. The metal collar also has a specific use for its user.

  The girl on top of the bed is sitting in a curled-up position.

  *BEEP BEEP BEEP*

  Outside activity hour!

  All children inside the facility must come out of their rooms!

  Anyone who disobeys will be punished accordingly!

  There was an announcement ringing across the metal room inside. The voice was robotic, and its command was absolute towards all children inside the facility. The door to the room was made of metal as well, and it had no handles. The door has a small opening on the top portion that can only be opened from the outside. The metal door slides open as soon as the announcement is finished.

  The girl gets out of bed and walks outside the room with a lifeless look in her eyes.

  Outside, countless metal corridors intertwine with one another that honestly look like a maze; however, at each turn or intersection, there are clear signs with clear directions to make sure no children, nor even adults, nor lab workers who work inside the facility ever get lost.

  The girl walks across the corridors to reach a certain place within the facility. There are countless other children either walking past or alongside the girl.

  There are hundreds of children inside the facility, yet most of them are wearing the normal green hospital gown, while there are very few of those children who wear the same black hospital gown as the girl.

  The girl has reached her destination after walking for about five minutes. It was the cafeteria area.

  This is one of the most popular places that the children visit the most for obvious reasons. They also often use this place to hang out with their circle of friends.

  The girl in black, however, has never had any friends inside the facility from the moment she was born. She has always been alone since forever.

  The girl is taking a line for food inside the cafeteria. There are tens of children lining up, and the girl is almost at last.

  After waiting for almost an hour, it was finally the girl's turn. The cafeteria lady who's managing the food is giving each and every child the exact same amounts and the exact same type of food every single day. The food may not be the most enjoyable for children, yet it is perfectly nutritious for research purposes.

  The girl takes the food to an empty table in the corner of the area.

  She is having broccoli, carrots, corn, white rice, fried potatoes, boiled chicken, boiled fish, a bottle of milk, and a bottle of water. She starts eating the food with no enthusiasm at all. She's been eating these exact same foods for the past 4 years since she was younger. If it's allowed, she would prefer not to eat, but at the same time, she has to survive. The facility doesn't provide food outside of the scheduled time, which was twice a day, lunch and dinner. There is no breakfast. Eating outside the scheduled time is considered a breach of the rules inside the facility for the children.

  As she was eating alone, there were groups of children looking at her with weird eyes.

  "Hey, look at that girl!"

  "Black gown? What does that mean again?"

  "Yeah, why is she different than the rest of us?"

  "Psst! Don't you guys know? She's the one labeled special! That's what the black gowns meant!"

  "Really? Special how?"

  "Well, I don't really know that far."

  And then one of the kids at the table, who gossips about the girl in black, stands up. The girl has white hair and twin tails, and she's wearing the green hospital gown, and she happens to be the leader in that certain circle of friends.

  "I don't like this! Why is she special and we're not?"

  "B-Boss! What are you going to do?"

  "I'm gonna approach her and intimidate her to see what's so special about her!"

  "But boss! Don't start a fight with anyone inside this facility! That's a crime! You'll be punished by them!"

  "It's fine! I'm only gonna intimidate her! If she fights back, she'll be the only one punished! Am I right?"

  "Wow, boss! That's so evil! That's why you're our leader!!"

  "Yaaay!!"

  "Yeah, she is!!"

  "Hahahaha, go boss!!"

  "Heh! I'll even use my Faith power to fight back and tell them it was self-defense!!"

  As the girl in black is halfway through eating her food, the girl with white twin tails approaches her table.

  "Hey!"

  ". . ."

  The girl in black ignores her. This pisses the girl with white twin tail hair off.

  "HEY! You're being talked to by the boss of the cafeteria here! Answer!"

  The girl in black keeps ignoring the girl with white hair, and she continues eating her food silently.

  "Tch!"

  The girl with white twin tails forcefully takes the girl in black's food away from her and drops it onto the floor, ruining her lunch.

  ". . . ."

  "Now! Will you respond if I do this?"

  ". . . . food. . ."

  ". . . Are you purposefully trying to make me angry? IS THAT IT YOU LONELY GIRL!!"

  "I simply wished for no trouble, but if you're looking for one! I'll handle you quickly because you're not worth much of my time!"

  "WHAT DID YOU SAY?'

  The girl with twin tails pulls the girl in black's gown collar, and she forces her to stand up away from her seat.

  "You wanna say that again to my face little bitch?"

  ". . . I said you're not worth any of my time! Get your hands off me before I hurt you!"

  The girl with twin tails was shocked when she heard her threat. She immediately lets go of her hold on her collar, but not because of fear.

  "PFFT!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! YOU'RE SO FUNNY! WHAT COULD YOU POSSIBLY DO AGAINST ME?"

  The girl with white hair demonstrates her Faith power. She clenches her right fist, and it catches fire.

  "YOU WANNA GO AGAINST ME? MY FAITH POWER IS CONSIDERED THE STRONGEST IN THE FACILITY!! HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY GO AGAINST THIS?"

  Once the girl uses her Faith power, every child in the cafeteria looks in their direction. The children are now realizing that there is a fight going on between a normal kid with the green gown and a special kid with the black gown. They all gathered around the two of them. Half of the children are screaming, 'FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT! While the other half is screaming 'STOP! DON'T FIGHT! IT'S A CRIME HERE REMEMBER!

  "Ohohoho! Looks like we riled up a crowd!"

  ". . . ."

  "Apologize now! Bow your head down towards the floor for ignoring the boss!"

  "Why should I? I didn't make any mistake!"

  "HAAAA? IF THE BOSS OF THESE KIDS IS TALKING TO YOU, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESPOND IN KIND! THIS IS A MATTER OF PRIDE! I HAVE A REPUTATION TO KEEP HERE!!"

  "You're not making sense! Get lost!"

  The girl in black simply walks away from the girl with white hair, as well as from the crowd. This pisses the girl with twin tail even more that her anger skyrocketed.

  "YOUUU BIIIIITTTCCCHHH!!!"

  The girl with twin tails raises her right fist. The flame on her fist burns bigger and brighter. She runs towards the girl in black and throws a punch towards the back of her head.

  The girl in black moves swiftly to the right and completely dodges her attack. She then grabs the girl with twin tails' right back arm with both of her hands. She flips the girl upwards, and the girl with twin tails is swung upside down in the air. The girl in black smacks the girl with twin tails down towards the ground, and it makes a loud noise that looks and sounds painful.

  *BAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMM*

  "AAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKHHHHH!!!"

  The girl with white hair starts crying in pain as she grovels on the ground, holding the back of her head as well as her back. The crowd goes silent over what just happened, which didn't even take an entire second.

  "Are you finished? Then get lost! I lost my appetite after all these."

  The girl in black walks away from the crowd with an angry face.

  As she walks towards the crowd, the crowd backs away and opens up a path for her. The girl successfully left the cafeteria without any further incident.
