Wen Chou has her arm around Qu Yi’s shoulder as the three continue their walk down the hall. “How are you enjoying things so far, Newbie?”
Qu Yi nods, a natural smile on her face. “I love it! This place is so much nicer than my old school! Full of so many more friendly people as well!” She can’t help but shake. “I-I mean, I’m still scared of most of them, but I can’t wait to become friends with all of them.”
Yan Liang has a large smile looking at Qu Yi. “You look really adorable when you’re smiling, Qu Yi.”
Qu Yi can’t help but blush, trying to cover her cheeks. “I-I’m sorry, I’m just… this is so much better… I actually look forward to meeting the other classes. Even Cao Cao, which you two don’t seem to like at least, is nice.” She twiddles her fingers, “U-Uh, I’ll try to cool my expression though.”
Wen Chou chuckles, “You know it’s okay to be happy, right?”
“W-Well, whenever I was at my last school, whenever I would be happy, something bad normally happened soon after.”
“Uh, that…” Yan Liang starts, “Sounds terrible! You shouldn’t be so pessimistic Qu Yi! We’ll make sure nothing happens to our new roommate!” She turns to Wen Chou. “Well, nothing else, right, Wen Chou?”
Wen Chou turns to Yan Liang. “What do you mean by that?”
“Just something about someone needing to knock before entering a bathroom.”
Wen Chou frowns. “H-Hey, I said I was sorry, I think?” She tries to think about it. “Did I?”
Qu Yi holds her hands up. “I-It’s fine, really! I might have been staring at my uniform for another hour before I asked for help.” She looks down.
“Well don’t worry about asking for help! I know going to a school by yourself is scary at first, but we will do all we can to help.”
Wen Chou snickers. “Yeah, I remember how you were when you came!”
Yan Liang laughs before her face changes emotions. “Huh… I-I… actually can’t remember that.”
Wen Chou laughs. “Maybe you blocked it out because it was too embarrassing?”
Yan Liang nods, trying not to question it further. “Um, right. Maybe.” She smiles, but Qu Yi can tell something appears to be bothering her.
As the three continue, they notice a bunch of girls in the hall filling out packets along the wall. They are all wearing a dark red long-sleeved top with a small ribbon around their neck and an orange collar raised up, so it is just under their chin. To finish the ensemble, they all wear dark red denim skirts. Some girls sit together, some working by themselves, but point being, they all appear to not be in a classroom.
“Uh, are there so many of these students they can’t fit in their classroom?” Qu Yi asks, noticing the strange occurrence.
Yan Liang looks between the groups, working appearing as if this was a usual thing. “Well,” she turns to Qu Yi, “I’m not exactly sure why they’re out here, but they sure are wearing Sun Ce’s uniform.”
As the group continues their route, they notice a muscular tall girl, with light grey hair tied in a long braid down her back, standing in the center of the hall. Next to her stands a short girl, half her size with long dark red hair that goes all the way down to her knees. She also has a pink ribbon in her hair.
Wen Chou turns to her two roommates and shrugs before approaching the tall girl. “Excuse me? Any reason why all these students are using a hallway as a classroom?” She looks between everyone in the red uniform with a small hint of annoyance.
The tall girl turns to Wen Chou. “Well lookee here now, Sonny. There’s a brawl going on in the classroom! We had to make ourselves scarce; so, I’m helping the students learn in the hall!” The short girl sees Wen Chou and quickly runs behind the tall girl.
“S-Sonny?” Wen Chou scratches her head in confusion of the vocabulary. “Also, if there’s a fight in class shouldn’t there be… NOT a fight in the classroom? Shouldn’t you tell one of the staff members or something?”
“Have you seen the staff in this school? They wouldn’t be able to stop those two bulls fighting in that China shop, no-siree! It’s always better to let them fight it out and repair the classroom afterwards!” She begins to flex her muscles as if she was asked to do so. “Puts good muscles on your bones also! Something Quan here could use more of!” She picks up the short girl behind her by her collar and sets her in front of herself; much to the obvious discomfort of the girl. Immediately, she looks down to her feet, avoiding eye contact.
“Huh.” Wen Chou looks to the girl and looks to Qu Yi. “Newbie, this one has the same body language as you. You can probably get her to talk.”
“E-Eh?!” Qu Yi looks to the shy short girl, instantly making eye contact. The small girl runs immediately behind the tall girl again.
“W-Wen Chou, that’s rude!” Yan Liang asserts. “Qu Yi is much better at hiding her lack of eye contact!”
Qu Yi closes her eyes as she thinks to herself, “Am I really that obvious?”
Yan Liang sighs and approaches the tall girl. “Look, um, Sun Ce student, we are under permission of the staff to introduce our new roommate to a few of the classes.” She pulls out the note with the information of the tour. “This class is on the list.”
“New student you say?” The tall girl looks to Qu Yi, who is looking at her height. Even when she was a boy she would be a head taller than her, but it’s even more obvious now that she shrunk over a foot from this morning, The girl quickly approaches Qu Yi and immediately begins shaking her hand up and down rapidly, “I am Huang Gai! One of the many class representatives of Sun Ce’s class!”
Qu Yi’s entire body shakes with each shake of Huang Gai’s hand. “A-Ah, it’s, sure real nice to meet you. B-But could you please stop?”
Wen Chou quickly and quietly forces Huang Gai’s hand open, causing her to let go of her comrade. “No touching the new girl, only touch with your eyes.”
“Gwahaha! I apologize! It’s nice seeing the young youth going to school!”
The three roommates glance between themselves with looks of concern before turning back to Huang Gai. Yan Liang finally speaks up, “And, um, how old are you exactly?”
“It’s inappropriate to ask a woman her age, Sonny! I would expect a girl your age to know that!”
“So, do you happen to be a staff member Miss Huang Gai?” Wen Chou asks, examining her up and down suspiciously.
“I’ve served the Sun family all my days, if that’s what you mean! I may very well be staff to them!”
Wen Chou looks to her face unconvinced, “Mm, yeah, uh-huh, and how many days would that be?”
“Gwahaha! Why you two don’t give up! I think it would be more appropriate if I introduce Sun Quan!” She picks up the small girl behind her with one hand and places her to the front of her. The girl blushes brighter as she focuses her vision on her own feet, as if her life depends on it.
Qu Yi approaches the small girl. “Um, Hi.” While Wen Chou was simply joking about mannerisms, being shy in the situation helped Qu Yi feel braver for her. She kneels down to eye level with Sun Quan. “It’s uh, nice to meet you, I’m Qu Yi.”
The small girl blushes furiously as she continues to turn her face away.
“Now, Quan, you must introduce yourself! It’s only polite, even though you’re jealous of her!”
“Eh?” Qu Yi looks up to Huang Gai taken aback. “J-Jealous?”
Sun Quan blushes further as she turns to Huang Gai, poking her.
“Yeah! She’s always so jealous of the pretty ones!” Sun Quan’s pokes intensify in both speed and with both hands. “Especially if they are taller than her!” Sun Quan’s pokes turn to hitting with the palms of her hands. “Don’t even get me started about how many times she says she wishes she could wear a cuter uniform!” Sun Quan’s hitting goes straight to fists punching the legs of Huang Gai.
“Riiiiiight,” Wen Chou says, folding her arms and looking unamused up to Huang Gai, “Look, we have to introduce Qu Yi to the president of each class, and I don’t believe either of you are named Sun Ce.” She approaches the door to the right of the two. “I can go in there and stop the fighting myself if I need to.”
Huang Gai picks up Wen Chou by the back of her collar, as if not breaking a sweat. “I can’t allow that sonny! No can do! No one can stop those two from fighting, no way, no how!”
Wen Chou’s eyes widen with just how easily she was picked up. “Hey! Let go of me!” She begins to lash out. “If I get my uniform damaged again Yuan Shao will stick me in the back with Chunyu Qiong!”
Yan Liang runs to Huang Gai, “H-Hey! Put her down! You can’t just pick up students like that!” She’s trying to get Huang Gai to release her roommate.
“Listen here Sonnies! No one can interrupt those two when they wrestle! It’s impossible for all but one person!”
Qu Yi notices Sun Quan trot to the door quickly. Qu Yi takes the chance and follows her, while Huang Gai is too busy with her roommates. Sun Quan slowly creeks the door open. “C-C-Ce! T-There’s a new girl, wh-who wants to meet you.” Qu Yi peeks into the small crack Sun Quan has opened. She sees the room’s ground filled with rubble and remnants from what appears to be desks, tables and chairs. A person covered in bruises on their arms with a very short cut hairstyle stares at Sun Quan at the door. They wear a sleeveless tight shirt with orange on both sides, with dark red going down the middle and expanding outward near the bottom, bright red short shorts that stand out so much they can easily be identified in a crowd, and light gray running tights with worn out tennis shoes beneath. Their fist is raised and ready to punch the person beneath them.
The person sits on top of a girl who wears a teal track jacket and sweats. She has auburn hair tied into an athletic ponytail that goes out the back of a tan baseball cap. Her hand holds tightly to the person’s shirt as they are ready to exchange a punch with them as well.
Ce blinks to Sun Quan before peeking at the girl beneath her. “Wait, how long were Ci and I at it, Quan?”
Sun Quan looks down shyly. “A-A-At least two whole hours.”
Ce looks back to the girl and lets go of her collar. “Um, right.” They quickly stand up, as the sound of rubble beneath them cracks with each step. Ce helps the girl they were on top of to her feet as well. “Is that the one peeking in with you, sis?”
Sun Quan raises a confused eyebrow before looking behind her and noticing Qu Yi. Her face shifts to horror as she quickly books it back to Huang Gai, who has now freed Wen Chou from her hand, as Yan Liang looks for damage to her collar.
Qu Yi continues the job Sun Quan started and opens the door more, “S-Sorry for bothering your, um, fight?” She looks between the two of them. “Are, you both okay?”
“Yeah! This is normal! We get into fights like this a lot, right Taishi Ci?!” Ce pats the girl on the back.
Taishi Ci stretches her arms and smiles to Qu Yi, “Yeah! Just a bit of rough housing!” She flexes.
Huang Gai peeks into the open door. “Well, I’ll be! You’ve stopped brawling! What was it about this time?”

Ce laughs. “Same old same old! Taishi Ci still doesn’t want to join our class! But I guess we have another draw like usual!”
Both Wen Chou and Yan Liang run into the room after Qu Yi, Wen Chou doing the talking. “Newbie! Sorry we were just busy with- BY NEW WA!” Wen Chou realizes the amount of rubble all around the room.
Yan Liang’s eyes widen as she covers her mouth in horror at the damages. “How on earth did this happen?”
“Did a bomb go off here!? What is this mess?!”
Ce ignores the two as she approaches Qu Yi. “I’m president of this class, Sun Ce at your service!” They smile a confident grin. “Nice to meetcha!”
Qu Yi examines Sun Ce up and down, scratching the back of her head in confusion. She looks as if she’s troubled.
Sun Ce can’t help but notice. “What’s the problem, new girl?” They look to their arms. “If it’s the bruises, don’t worry, they heal quick! By next week they’ll be gone!”
“Wait, so, how did you get in the school?” Qu Yi frowns, as her mind races. She thinks to herself, “How is there a boy in the school?! Why did I have to become a girl if there’s a boy here?!”
Sun Ce raises an eyebrow. “The same way all students got in? My mom signed me up.” They chuckle a bit. “What do you mean?”
“W-Well, I thought the whole point of this school is it’s a girls only boarding school?” Qu Yi questions further.
The room falls silent for a moment as the students shift their eyes around awkwardly.
Sun Ce raises an eyebrow, then grows a mischievous grin. “To tell you the truth, I crossdressed! Sure, I had to wear all that girl stuff, but now the staff doesn’t care!”
Qu Yi steps back in shock. “W-WHAT!? That’s all?! Why don’t they care?!” Frustration begins to emanate from her. For everyone else she seems worried that there’s a boy so easily in the school, but both you and I know why they are actually upset.
Sun Ce smiles, “I guess they are just lazy! Yeah, pretty sweet gig here! All the girls and just one boy! Yep! That’s me!” Sun Ce points to themselves with their thumb.
“W-WHAT?!” Qu Yi shrieks out in disgust.
Qu Yi hears some snickering behind her. She turns to see Yan Liang covering her mouth as Wen Chou is also biting her tongue.
“W-What’s so funny?” Qu Yi asks them, genuinely confused.
“Pahahaha!” Wen Chou finally lets her laugh loose as she falls to the ground kicking.
Yan Liang can’t help herself either, as she tries to apologize but is being cut off by her own laughter. “Haha! I-I’m sorry Qu- hehehe!”
Sun Ce finally starts laughing themselves. “Haaa! You should have seen your face!” Taishi Ci also joins in the laughter.
Qu Yi begins to blush, “W-What’s so funny?” She feels her cheeks getting hot.
Sun Ce smiles, “It’s because I AM a girl!”
Qu Yi blinks, looking Sun Ce up and down. “W-Wha? But your voice?!”
“It’s pretty cool, right?!”
Qu Yi points to her short hair. Calling it a pixie cut is being generous, “Your hair?!”
“It’s short! Yes!”
“Your face?!”
Sun Ce smirks, “Yeah! I know, I’m hot stuff!”
Qu Yi folds her arms confused. “B-But then why did you play along?”
“Because it’s silly to think a boy could sneak in here! My mom would have the boy’s head on a pike if that’s the case!”
Qu Yi tugs at her collar. “O-Oh, right.” She tries to play it cool/ “I-I guess it was silly of me.” taking worry with that head on a pike comment.
“Don’t worry it’s all just us girls, the best gender!” She gives a thumbs up to Qu Yi, “No boys allowed!”
Qu Yi blushes, getting annoyed at the comment. “H-Hey, no gender is better!”
“Oh, come on! Don’t be so defensive of them!” Sun Ce smugly smirks, “It’s okay to admit we’re the better sex! It’s not like any of them are around to hear! Besides, we can look tough and attractive at the same time!” She flexes her arms to show off her muscles. “Meanwhile, they are stuck getting their squeaky chirps in their voices, getting smelly and hairy at this time!”
“H-Hey! Boys are fine! No need to be sexist about them!” While she agrees some of the changes she was going through back as a boy were awkward, she still didn’t want to listen to all boys be judged.
Sun Ce scratches her head. “You’re an odd one, new girl! Most girls would agree with me or at least laugh along with me!”
Yan Liang walks up to the two and speaks up. “Well, Qu Yi went to a co’ed school, so she probably knows quite a few good boys.”
Sun Ce laughs. “Ha! That explains a lot! Be happy you’re out of those gorillas’ presence! They’re barbarians!”
Qu Yi is getting more and more frustrated by the second. “L-Look, please don’t call boys all those things! I have family who are boys,” she lies.
I was finally coming back, doing my job. Carrying busywork all stapled together in a packet, color me surprised when I see Sun Ce’s class out in the hallway doing their work there. “All right, need to ask her about that.” I slowly walk up to the doorway and walk in. I am greeted with what I expect the end of days to look like, rubble everywhere. Somehow some of my students standing amongst it are unphased.
“Hey Bo!” The Tomboy yells at me, “We may need some help cleaning up!” She waves her arms as if she isn’t the main focus I turn to after seeing the sorry state of the classroom.
I simply blink, staring at her in silence without changing expression. I drop the packets onto the rubble-ridden floor, much to the surprise of all the girls present, and then shut the door.
“H-Hey!” Sun Ce jumps up, running through the rubble after me. “Get back here! Don’t leave us with all of this!” She pursues me out the door and down the hall.
Qu Yi sighs to herself before whispering to her roommates, “Didn’t she just talk about how bad boys are? Why does she want Lei Bo’s help?”
Wen Chou snickers as she turns to Qu Yi. “She doesn’t think far enough ahead! She’s kind of an idiot!” She chuckles to herself. Qu Yi turns to Yan Liang, whose eyes widen, and gives her a shake of her head and a knowing look.
I try to speed walk, only to hear the door open with Sun Ce running after me. “Mr. Bo! You’re going to help right!?” The tomboy begs, following me too closely for my liking.
I let out a huge sigh lasting until I slowly turn around to face her. “Here’s the deal. You fix everything your class can possibly repair, then send a runner for me and I’ll help with stuff you can’t repair. How’s that?”
Sun Ce gives me a stupid grin. “Wow! You do that so often! I’m kind of surprised our school still has the supplies!”
I roll my eyes. “I’m not.” I turn around to continue on my way, only to get a tap on my shoulder. “What now?” I peek over my shoulder at her.
She twiddles her thumbs for a bit, averting her eyes before she looks back up at me. “So! Any more stories from the class you personally oversee?”
My eyes widen as I have quick flashbacks about her last stupid plot I was forced to clean up. I take a deep breath and try to relax, “Devil Child is just as terrible as ever. I am thankful for every second I am away from her classroom.”
“H-Hey!” She puts her hands on her hips as she looks up to me frustrated. “Is it really appropriate to call one of your students that? Besides she’s fun to watch!”
“Only to someone who destroys their classroom weekly.” I look down at her annoyed. “Now, tomboy, I must go back to my excruciating work.”
I notice that behind her the door creaks open as Qu Yi and her roommates walk out, waving to the girls still inside the room. Qu Yi seems to be very confused about the destroyed room, while Yan Liang and Wen Chou laugh and talk with her. It seems things are going well to keep Qu Yi happy.
“I said I’m not a boy!” Sun Ce yells at me. I had accidentally been ignoring her as I looked behind her.
“Huh?” My eyes focus back on her, trying to regain my bearings.
“What is with all these strange nicknames now!?” She asks, annoyed, “I am not a ‘tomboy!’ Boys are useless anyway!” She folds her arms huffing. “They have no charm, no looks, and they are way too hairy.”
“Oh, all right.” I respond, looking to Sun Ce. “I guess you don’t need my help fixing your room, I suppose.” Sun Ce jumps as she turns back to me, mouth agape. It appears she happened to forget I was the sex she had been bashing. “Now if you don’t mind, I have some other classes I need to help.” Sun Ce pursues me, trying to stutter out an excuse.
The three continue down the hall into a large square room of the hallway where tables are set out.
Yan Liang smiles as she walks ahead of the two. “So here we just call it the ‘east commons.’” She uses her hands to show how expansive the hall is. “Normally classes may come out to the different commons halls around the school and run projects or something out here.” She turns around. “So nearby up these stairs should be Liu Bei’s class.” She perks up to Qu Yi. “This class is really small, but they are very nice! I’m sure you’ll like to meet them!”
Wen Chou sighs and rolls her eyes. “Well, MOST of them are nice.”
Qu Yi looks between the two, seeing they have differing opinions on the subject. “S-So which is it?”
Yan Liang smiles. “Don’t mind Chou! She just doesn’t like this student called Zhang Fei.”
“Well, how could anyone!?” She sputters out defensively. “She is loud, very touchy and a complete moron!” A giggle comes from Yan Liang as she’s covering her mouth, trying to hide it. “What’s so funny?”
“Nothing~” Yan Liang playfully responds. She gives Qu Yi a knowing look. When she gets closer to Qu Yi, she whispers, “Wen Chou doesn’t get along with students like herself.”
The three continue down a turn, heading towards the stairs until a young girl’s voice is heard. “HEY! You three!” The three turn to see a tiny girl. She is the shortest girl Qu Yi has seen in this school so far, no taller than four feet. She has dark purple hair tied into two low pigtails that lay on her shoulders, each pigtail being wrapped in a pink ribbon made to look like a flower. She has a purple dress with a large black bow in the center. The collar is black with thin purple ribbons tied into a bow in front of it. The sleeves are long with black cuffs and slightly puffed shoulders matching the purple of the rest of her dress. The skirt of the dress goes down to her knees, flaring out slightly. She has black tights covering her legs with a purple pair of Mary Janes on her tiny feet.
Wen Chou and Yan Liang both roll their eyes, Wen Chou getting in front of Qu Yi. The girl raises her eyebrow slightly. Her face muscles are very stern despite how she could be mistaken for an angel if she loosened them. “Mind explaining why you three are in the hall at this time. Hm? And who are you hiding back there?” She moves to try to look past Wen Chou. She stares in disgust at Qu Yi. “Did you sneak in one of your plebeian friends by putting her in your dreadful uniforms?!”
Wen Chou feels stress begin to fill her body as her fists curl up; however, she bites her tongue. Yan Liang steps forward trying to be diplomatic, although Qu Yi has never seen her face look so annoyed. Unlike her comrade, she could compose herself enough without throwing the child against the wall. “Actually, Qu Yi here is our new classmate. We were asked by Mr. Lei to show her to some classrooms.”
The young girl childishly stamps her foot. “Quit trying to lie to me!” She shouts in a shrill voice. “I have all the information about the school! I know there could be new no student coming in! We haven’t even had an entrance ceremony, and we’ve never had a single student come mid semester since… ever!” She gives a glare to Yan Liang. “You should remember your place worm! My class runs this school!” She turns to Qu Yi. “Know this, unworthy peasant! You are in the presence of the grand and illustrious Dong Zhuo! And by my hand you will be tossed out like the garbage dog you are!”
Wen Chou speaks slowly, her teeth gritting. “We’re not lying, you little brat.”
“The insolent child whines!” Dong Zhuo scoffs turning her head. “Your little friend will be coming with me as we escort her OFF of the school grounds!”
“There’s no way I’m letting you take Newbie with you! We have approval from Mr. Lei himself!” Wen Chou steps a foot forward and holds out her fist defensively.
“I don’t care what you think you’re going to do, you insignificant speck!” The little girl snaps her fingers, “Hua Xiong! I need you to take this trespasser to the classroom! We’ll have a bit of ‘talking’ to do with her!”
A girl of large stature approaches the girl standing at her side. The size difference between the two makes Dong Zhuo seem even tinier in comparison. The large girl has dark green hair with side swept bangs. Her hair is tied down her back in two braids and she has a light purple hair clip. Her uniform looks as if she belongs to some purple military, a military dark purple sash across her chest, a raised collar of her uniform, with a purple formal military skirt that stops at her knees. She wears dark green tights that are the same color as her hair. “Yes Ma’am!” she says, in a loud boisterous voice.
The big girl approaches towards Qu Yi whose eyes widen, getting flashbacks of her old school experiences; however, this time something is different. She has two friends willingly standing in the way of the threat and her.
Dong Zhuo glares at both Wen Chou and Yan Liang. “Hua Xiong! Throw them aside!”
I approach the east commons opening, pinching the bridge of my nose in frustration. This day has been more chaotic than I had worried it would be. I suppose it makes sense with the fact that this is the first day that we are actually here and not just some simulated life that was instantly experienced by us. I’ve just been trying to keep track of what is real and what isn’t by making sure to give each student a quirky nickname. I never thought being a slacking teacher required so much that I still needed to do. I can see why I haven’t been fired now. I’m the only one on the ground handling these children. So, while I have this thought, imagine my lack of surprise when I witness the scene of a student that is aged in single digits, having one of her classmates threateningly approach the ONE STUDENT that is keeping our existence alive. I take a deep breath, knowing no one else is going to stop this.
“NOW WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE?!” I shout and point to the purple haired tyrant. “I can see Corrupt Baby here is telling Miss Enforcer there to lay her hands on you three!” I point to the three roommates, “WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR YOU TO GET THIS TOUR DONE?! Here I thought I was GETTING OUT of work by pawning the job on you two!” I shake my head over and over.
Dong Zhuo jumps up at seeing me, suddenly her whole demeanor shifts, “A-Ah, M-Mister Lei!” She runs up to me and hugs my leg. “T-These two m-meanies snuck th-their friend into the school! I-I’m s-scawed!”
I look at her, absolutely unconvinced. I pick her up off my leg, walk to Hua Xiong, set her down, then go back to where I was originally standing. “This is Qu Yi.” I point to her as she waves very shyly. “She’s the new girl for Yuan Shao’s class. I told both Wen Chou and Yan Liang to show her to all the important classes, something, which they have been trying to do for OVER AN HOUR now.”
Dong Zhuo gasps and begins to tear up, as she sniffles. “D-Did I do bad? I-I was j-just trying to help the staff c-cause you a-are all so nice!” She looks up to me with puppy dog eyes.
My expression does not change. “I was going to have them check out your class as well, but I think you’ve already had quite enough of an impression on her.”
Dong Zhuo gasps as she begins to rub her eyes, crying. “I-I just wanted to make sure the s-school is safe! Y-Yuan Shao’s class i-is scary!”
“Yeah, sure, whatever.” I mutter waving off her crocodile tears. As I turn, I catch Dong Zhuo giving Qu Yi a glare, and making the sign for “I’m watching you,” her lackey follows right behind.
I approach the three. “Best to just get me or another member of the staff when Corrupt Baby shows up.”
Wen Chou folds her arms. “What’s with her?! She does this sort of thing all the time!”
“Her nickname is ‘Corrupt Baby,’ genius. What do you think? She is obsessed with power and running the school with her band of ‘hall monitors.’ Even though she can’t be older than eight or something.” I turn to Qu Yi. “You still enjoying things? Seems like this place is a bit much for someone like you.”
Qu Yi shakes her head rapidly. “I-It’s not too much! I can handle it! I-I already have such nice friends, and maybe I can make friends with everyone! E-Even someone like Dong Zhuo!” She looks to me determined.
I shake my head and let out another sigh, “Yeah, well, good luck with that one. I guess you also have your own strange personality, so you fit in here.” I turn away and smile at her, “You know, that’s not necessarily a bad thing though. You fit in well.” I walk the other way and continue where I was originally heading. “Try to visit Lu Bu and Liu Bei without me needing to get involved, all right? I have enough to deal with already.” I let out a deep breath thinking about the Devil Child that still awaits me.
