Ispan and Basil were both nervous when confronted with the question by “Lukas” and Ricky. Ricky was beginning to like Lukas very much.

  “Say, what other sort of pranks have you two young raptors have been up to?” asked Ricky.

  “Yea, we want to know” added Meg.

  “Um, we cannot say that much” replied Basil.

  “Yea, we got more chores to do in the kitchen” replied Ispan.

  That was a close one for both raptors – but Yuril was pleased he was able to get the older dinosaurs on his side. He could tell that if he could get them to say what they did in the past – he would reveal them more to Police Chief Dragonfly who would report them to the judge. It was the perfect scheme – if Yuril couldn’t get to Ispan and Basil – he would try to go after Nico and Twig.

  “Excuse me for a moment, but I need to get outside and stretch for a bit” said Yuril.

  “Take your time Lukas” said Ricky.

  Yuril got his chance as he got up and headed outside. He wanted to see what was the backyard like. The gray alien began to scan, he could see all the hard work that Gaius had done for everyone. Gaius was resting grabbing a water bottle with Twig and Nico also resting.

  “Mmm, maybe I can get the grounds keeper mad at them” thought Yuril.

  Yuril waited until the trio headed further down the yard, so that they’d be just out of sight. The gray alien then began to make sure there were no cameras around – then he began to destroy the roses that were Gaius’ prized roses.

  “Now if I can just blame it on one of the raptors” laughed Yuril.

  Yuril then led out a cry of shock – Gaius immediately came running – Tao also came to “Lukas” aid.

  “Lukas, what is it?” asked Tao.

  “Those terrible pranking raptors were at it again, they destroyed these beautiful roses!” cried Yuril.

  “My prized roses, I know it couldn’t be Nico he was with me the entire time” said Gaius.

  “Nuts!” thought Yuril.

  Basil was accounted for as well since he was busy in the kitchen – but not Ispan – Ispan was in the restroom while everything went down.

  “What happened here?” asked Ispan.

  “Oh, like you’d know, prankster” said Yuril, “you destroyed these roses.”

  “I couldn’t have done it, I was in the restroom the entire time” said Ispan.

  “A likely story” said Yuril.

  Yuril knew he could take down one raptor at a time by framing them for something they didn’t even do. Tao knew protocols had to be followed and Ispan was off kitchen duty. He would be grounded in his main quarters where he would be watched by some of the larger triceratops security guards who were going to be there.

  “This is going to be too easy” thought Yuril.

  Yuril had the retirement community in his pocket – but would Nico and Twig be smart enough to figure this out before Yuril would strike again?
