Abira is looking out the window, eyes searching for anything to distract her from the teachers lectures about the specifics of India's topographical advantage in terms of weather, agriculture, mineral and warfare throughout the history of the country. How does she know all this even though she's been looking out through the small classroom window, her ears pickup on everything, even stuff she would rather want to forget. A quality that is a double edge sword, forcing her to be aware of everything happening around her involuntarily.

The bell rings and its time for lunch, Abira calls out to her friend,

"Komal, lets go eat in the shade of that tree."

Abira says pointing towards the trees in the playground of the private high-school, They both pickup their lunchboxes and make their way towards the tree's shade. Both girls are good friends and classmates that love hanging out at the school playground, and after school in their neighborhood public park when they have both have free time.

While both girls were busy talking, a little ways off to the side of the playground Zehan and his friends were playing football (soccer, in US). His second favorite thing besides talking about Neb 10. He was good enough at the sport to turn the heads of the passer-byes. Passing the ball to his teammates, shouting and making small talk with his friends during the break-time.

While sharing notes with Abira, since Komal knew her friend’s habit of zoning out and not taking notes during some classes, she points out her mother's tale of a falling star that granted her mother's wish of her first-born girl, being healthy again after some complications during childbirth. Komal stands up and flexes both her biceps to demonstrate her health. Abira smiles lovingly at her friends antics and they both return to their classroom.
