Chapter 50 In Cold War

  Chapter 50: Cold War

Before long, the wheels of the carriage in front finally pushed out of the mud, and the guard gathered his things and set off again.

Hua Xiang Rong, who had been "unconscious" all along, changed her clothes and got off the carriage under Xiao Yue Han's hint, returning to the carriage where she and Hua Xiang Rong were sitting together before, but this time she was sitting inside by herself.

Hua Xiang Rong successfully returned to Xiao Yue Han's carriage, although she was in a coma and lay on one side of the carriage.

Less than half a minute after the carriage started moving again, Hua Xiang Rong suddenly stretched her waist, yawned and sat up, and turned her head in surprise to look at Xiao Yue Han who was sitting there with his eyes closed: "Ah! What happened just now? How did I end up here with you?"

Xiao Yuehan didn't open his eyes and ignored her, continuing to rest with a concentrated mind and closed breath.

She saw that he didn't react, so Hua Xiang thought for a moment and rubbed her nose, then walked forward to pour herself a cup of hot tea from the teapot on the table beside him. Since they had already sat back down triumphantly, it was better if she didn't stir up trouble.

Hua Xiang Rong poured herself a cup of tea, took two sips with exaggerated loudness, and finally caught Xiao Yue Han's attention. Seeing him open his eyes to stare at her expressionlessly, she hastily forced out a sweet smile: "Heh heh... that is... I..."

Just as she was about to talk to him, Xiao Yuehan closed his eyes again, as if he had completely ignored her.

The words that had reached the tip of her tongue got stuck in her throat, she lightly coughed and smacked her lips, then stuck out her tongue at the cold and intimidating Xiao Yuehan, before turning around to retreat into the corner, holding a cup of hot tea and continuing to drink.

Until she had refilled and drunk her fifth cup of tea, Xiao Yuehan still didn't move or respond to her. Hua Xiang Rong couldn't take it anymore, suddenly slamming down the teacup: "Stop!"

Xiao Yuehan finally opened his eyes again, frowning at her: "What are you going to do again?"

Hua Xiang Rong's face turned red, she puffed up her cheeks and held it in for half a day, finally unable to bear it: "I drank too much tea, can't I get off the car to take care of it?"

In an instant, a crack appeared on Xiao Yuehan's cold and ruthless face, until Hua Xiangrong saw a hint of helpless smile in his eyes, but in the blink of an eye he restored that icy poker face.

Finally, Hua Xiang Rong jumped off the carriage. Fortunately, the rain had stopped. She ran very far away, took care of her business, and then walked back with a red face.

Back in the carriage, Xiao Yuehan was already reclining on the soft pillow, continuing to read that military book he had never finished.

Hua Xiang's face turned red as she sat in the car, rubbing against him for a while before gently pinching his shoulder: "Ah..."

  Xiao Yuehan ignored her.

"Hey!" Hua Xiang Rong pouted her mouth and tapped his arm twice with her small hand: "Prince Wang..."

  Xiao Yuehan still ignored her.

"You really won't care about me anymore......" Hua Xiang Rong lowered her head: "Hey? You're being too much! I'm just a bit smarter than you, and you're giving me the cold shoulder because of this. How boring is that? And you're a big man, how can you be so petty?"

She saw him still motionless, Hua Xiang Rong pouted, rolled her eyes, and suddenly smiled slyly. She leaned down to bite his earlobe, wanting to continue using her charm to win over even a tiny bit of his attention. But unexpectedly, Xiao Yue Han suddenly sat up, and she instantly fell onto the floor behind him. Her head accidentally bumped into the leg of the small table, causing a huge bump to swell up.
