In the aqua continent, there is a small village in the southwestern part of the forest this village is called moon village because of the abundance of moonflowers in this part of the forest. They shine at night and you will see little glows everywhere. Standing at the center of the stadium full of moonflowers is an elderly man with a pale complexion.
